9/11 Brooker Inn reviews
13This is the place to go to if you want to lose your money on their pokies. Utterly disgusting machines, robbery to people’s hard earnings! I have donated their machines thousands of dollars but it’s always someone else that gets a jackpot win in their first 20. I’ll be sitting there for hours and always see someone who gets something in their first 5 minutes. Disgraceful! I won’t be coming back. No more money from me. No wonder your place is getting empty, hardly anyone there, people are getting robbed, staff love it and don’t care. Only strangers sometimes walks in and gets a win in 5 minutes or in one press! They know who their regulars are and feeding off of them. Don’t go there! Don’t give them one cent of your income, they don’t deserve your money & time.
Nice staff and nice clean pub and it doesn't seem to get a lot of the bogans in here like the pubs in norky
Twice Jodie stuffed my keno, once Sudan ignored me when taking my glass and grabbing my beer.either they deaf or don't care.staff are useless
It's a bottleshop easy place to stop and get a refreshing drink on the way home after hard days work so call in and see for your self
No responsibility of responsible gambling at all taking place in this venue They will sit there and watch young people struggling with an addiction on a pokie machine for 12 hours straight happily watching them lose everything they have, should of been kicked out before the 12 hours if they were truly responsible
Customer service is great. I haven't tried the food yet. Easy parking around the back and the toilets are always clean.
We were in the shop on 1st July 2021 at 09: 15PM. We asked for a 24pack cartoon of beer to the lady at the counter, to which, her colleague asked us how many we needed. We answered the guy and he brought us what we wanted.
We paid and the lady at the counter started telling us off and said we were rude and the reason was that we talked to her colleague instead of her. WOW!
We obviously answered to whoever asked us the question. Someone needs to tell the lady how to talk to customers and how to do customer service. She thought we were rude because we answered her colleague when he was the one who asked us the question but we think it was extremely rude of her that she started telling us off because of that. Either she's the owner of the shop or god knows how she's being employed there. 0 star experience.
On 1st july at 9: 15,
The lady there was soo rude. She was speaking with her fellow workmate. When we asked for a beer, she asked her mate for the beer, but when we replied to her mate for 1 cartoon of beer, she said it was rude to talk to her mate. Someone please tell her that she is rude
There are alot more bottleshops this is not only one
Friendly staff with a warm atmosphere it's like going to a mini casino centrally located with loads of parking easy access for wheel chairs
Utterly descuted in the way we were just spoke to the workers are so rude lost our business for good
Great place to go to it is updated and it looks beautiful great staff and very very clean even the toilets were clean nice place to chill out and have a drink or play the pokies
Very nice big pokies area, staff were doing a great job re: covid cleaning. Friendly bar staff.
It's not uncommon to go into the Gasworks 9/11 and find entry level overseas wines sold as Premium wines, often at 2 or even 3 times the recommended retail price (frankly, the owner doesn't have a clue). All wines are exorbitantly overpriced and can be purchased for a fraction the cost elsewhere (BWS, for example).
