9/11 Bottleshop Newstead reviews
10Good. Staff always friendly. Less choice than a bigger bottle shop but you can always find something.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a good range to choose from.
I am working my way through the Tassie gins.
Love this bottlo, staff are always super nice and are always willing to recommend a new wine to try, with great results! Pizzas next door are awesome too
I had the most delicious Thai baby squid pizza the home made sauce that was drizzled over it was superb and it only cost me $13.00
Lovely, family-friendly pub with a good range of drinks, pleasant staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The bistro offers a nice range of reasonably priced food and the bottle is tip-top.
Great pub. We arrived in the morning after having been up all night at work and then a delayed flight from Melbourne.
Upon walking in were immediately greeted by the friendly Pauline and made to feel welcome.
Checking our watches we decided that it must have been "beer o'clock" somewhere in the world and ordered a drink.
Got talking to Pauline and to Bevan behind the bar and the time just flew past. We ordered a meal, which was delicious and then checked in to our Air BnB accommodation 10 minutes walk away.
After having a nap and freshening up we returned to the pub, where my wife's dinner was free because it was her birthday.
Bevan, now off duty, remembered us and introduced us to his lovely wife Carolyn. We had a few drinks and ended a big day feeling like we had lived in Launceston all our lives.
What a great pub and what great people - sensational!
Large selection of beers, pre-mix drinks and wines. Good drive-thru with additional parking nearby. Reasonable prices.
Had the pork knuckle and pork ribs. Very delicious! Enjoyed it and generous portion. Though the waiting time is a little long given that there aren’t many occupied tables. But we enjoyed it thoroughly. Compliments to the staff and chef. Will be back for the wood fire pizzas soon ^^.
Lovely staff. Quick to assist. Prices and specials all the time. Clean well kept store. Love it.
