6Popped into the bottle shop last week to see if a product I wanted to try was available. It wasn't but the extremely helpful and knowledgeable young man suggested an alternative which was beautiful. Switched on and knew his products which is rare these days. Well done!

Went in store a week ago to order a birthday gift in from Launceston. They said they could get it in by the following week and got my contact details. A week goes by, it's the day before the birthday, and I have no call. I call them and they say it's out of stock. I ask why they couldn't call me to let me know in advance, because they told me it was in stock before hand and I could have got something else if I'd known this wasn't the case. The man on the phone shrugged it off and said "oh well, don't know what you expect me to do about it. " Now I've got nothing for the birthday. Terrible customer service. There's a BWS down the road I'd recommend.
