3Zumba with Olivia is BRILLIANT. It's the most fun you can have while sweating your butt off. LITERALLY! A great workout and lots of fun! You won't regret it!
I just want to say that doing Zumba with Olivia is the greatest workout I have ever done! I always disliked exercise because I lack motivation and discipline, but since starting Zumba classes at Paradise I now find that I look forward to every Monday night. Zumba is so much fun, and I always leave in a sweat - who would have thought I would be exercising without even realising it?
If you want to exercise but have been put off by gyms and running on cold mornings, I want to encourage you to grab a girlfriend (or guy friend) and give Zumba a try. I guarantee you will get hooked like me!

I started classes with Olivia in March and was hooked from the moment I finished my first track! The music was infectious and uplifting and Olivia is a BRILLIANT instructor! She always has a smile on her face and the classes are always energetic and fun filled! Olivia has the ability to make you forget all your problems for an hour and have a blast while doing it! And it works to! I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 10! Thank you Olivia! I encourage EVERYONE to give Zumba a try! You won't be disappointed! Zumba love!
