Have been a member of zone for just under three years. This gym is the only place that has ever made me want to go! The staff are knowledgeable, the instructors are passionate and the gym is always SO clean. Everyone is very welcoming and you feel like part of the family. Going to miss zone when I leave adelaide!

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so normal busy gyms don’t suit me, the zone is small & people are friendly and the trainers are not the pushy type. They leave you alone if that’s what you want. I only just started but looking forward in improving my health physically bad mentally and enjoying the gym.

It’s also good price and would recommend the place, for a single dad having the crèche is great and it’s run very professionally

I enjoy this gym, it has everything I need, being the weights area. They also offer a range of fitness classes which I am yet to try. It’s friendly and clean.

For any one wanting to get fit with no pressure this is the place, the staff treat you very well and the classes encourage you to do well, you meet new people and every one helps you out. I'm no muscle bound person however feel very much at home in the gym. The coffee is also the best.

A bit too open. I don't need people who are doing weights watching me sweat my fat bum off in a spin class.

This gym has a great variety of Les Mills classes and even offers virtual classes which means more classes can run through out the whole day, perhaps also a good start for people who may be a little shy when beginning. The rooms I found to be highly motivating and the equipment is of good quality and condition.
The lay out of the gym floor is not over crowded and clean and simple, some equipment may be a little dated compared to other gyms but still does the job.
This gym is also open 24/7 which is great and the staff are very friendly and encouraging.

I went there twice, once to get some information and wasn’t served, waited at the counter for 5 minutes then again the the cafe side to get a coffee again was completely ignored and ended up walking out. I won’t be signing up, instead I’ll go somewhere with better service.

I've been going for almost a month and have enjoyed every minute being there. The staff are polite and very welcoming and the atmosphere isn't as intimidating as other gyms which means you can use thr equipment comfortably without being shy, scared or nervious. DEFINITELY recommend going to this gym.

Zone changed my whole attitude when it comes to fitness. A community within itself. Go anywhere else and you're missing out.

24 hour gym and combo of live and virtual classes. Creche is great for the kids. Nice change rooms. Everything clean and maintained. Staff are friendly and great encouraging atmosphere
