ZONE BOWLING Woodville

Woodville bowling has wheelchair excess, as well as bumpers (so your ball stays in your lane). They have a special frame for people with disabilities so someone can put their ball onto it, so that all they have to do is push it. It's great. You c asn buy food and drinks there. They also have a game area, which are games you can play on machines. As well as lazer tag. If you have two different size feet, don't worry they can give you shoes to accomidate that as well. The people who work there are very friendly. Thanks guys.

Great night out! Was in the private function side and had fun doing bowling and laser tag. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The machines stuff up quiet a bit as the camera aren't accurate, so it makes people redo their shots. The last 3 times I've been there the guy has had to come fix our game multiple times throughout each game.

Awesome. So much fun can’t wait to go back! Check the nights though and book. There are some cheaper nights and then there are league nights that change how many lanes and how relaxed the atmosphere is.

I think we accidentally went on league night! It was very busy so we checked out the gaming area and had a heap of fun! It took me back to being a kid again in arcades, it was nice to relive that memory with my nephew. We than played a few games with help from the very friendly staff at Zone Bowling Woodville. It was Awesome! We will be back. Even League players were helpful and giving us tips! What a lovely community. Thanks guys!

I had a girl serve me at the front desk.believe her name was willow maybe and I have never been treated so poorly. It was the worst customer service I have experienced. I asked her to repeat herself a few times as I was unsure of what the deals were and the way she spoke was very condescending. Won’t be coming here again after this experience.not to mention the pricing also.

Took a group of 6 people with disabilities booked session 2 lanes got 1 lane, and were put a lane with a broken side rail my customers did not enjoy experience.

One of the best birthday party we have hosted so far. Top of the mark customer service with excellent environment for kids & families. Party host and staff were amazing and very accommodating/helpful. Special mention for ANDY and CLAIRE for their superb customer service. Needless to say that food is good too as they cater specific dietary requirements.

Always a great place to bowl. Come here every easter weekend for country cup tournament and the service is great)

Booking party's over parties and kids running kids parties is a joke there is no organisational and communication between the team that work at zone bowling we will never be visiting here again

Good place to meet with friends to catch up and to have fun without having the risk of putting on extra weight. Not to mention when a novice tops the gang of friends! Two games of bowling without sidebars help. The services are great too with friendly atmosphere and loud laughter! You should really try.

Grand kids birthday partly very poorly run, management weren't interested in resolving issue, lot of money for something this badly run. Want be doing this again.

Good staff, many lanes. They are renovating currently so some lanes down. Well priced fun family night out

Kids party was average. Staff were not well organized. Host was short, impatient and terrible with young kids. Food was amazing!

Kids & some people need to learn some manners when they are BOWLING & have some respect 4 others they can be so rude you can be in the middle of taking ya shot & they will just come & throw their ball down & also walking in between the lane & where you want to retrieve your ball from ya have people who just have no manners! But other than that it's really gr8 cos i love bowling 2gether in league bowling

Chloe the host was amazing she made the party a great experience and took the pressure off as she made the day fun for the whole group thanks would recommend this as a great birthday activity

Great Zone! Even though there was a competition on, we were able to book a couple of lanes. Food was delicious however only giving 4 stars due to the bowling balls being a little greasy and lane 2 in the dark section kept freezing constantly. All in all was a good night.

Actual facilities are great but was let down by the customer service of the manager which was poor. We booked for xmas bowling and they set the price then would not let as bowl for the offer for a walk up start which was significantly cheaper. Good business is looking after the group that books as you can plan ahead re staff.

This place was terrible. I came here with my school today and the alley stopped working, the balls were getting Jammed, and when we went to get our provided lunch they ran out if soft drinks. Not very happy

A bowling alley, with costly cafeteria. Staff friendly and helpful, although it's sometime hard to find one.
