First hand experience of rascism at this club. We were denied entry just the fact that we were brown

Manager says she cant talk when we wanna for wrong things. She has throat problem and cant talk. Bartender cones and says get off the booth dirrespectfully as somebody bought the boottle. Such a shame for a pub. Owner should take this as a suggestion rather than a complaint. If anybody reading this please dont visit this venue. Visit if yoy wanna get disrespected

Came here for my gf birthday. Didn't experience any racism like the other reviews. Maybe we got lucky?

Worst club in Adelaide, specially security guards they were doing racism and didn’t given us permission to enter in club because of our nike air jordan shoes and adidas’s t shirt

Racist Club, their pop up girls gives the club stamp on Hindley street and while at entry they don't accept the stamp. Very bad experience

Made me pay entry because apparently if you aren’t dressed up you have to pay, but my two friends who weren’t dressed up got in for free. First time I’ve been here. Not the best atmosphere also would like to mention my friends are light skinned compared to me.

Best night club in Adelaide right now security are very helpful and friendly the drinks are worth the price and the music and crowd are pure gold

Best security, friendly staff, good vibes, great music plus its free. Makes it a great atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

I was randomly targeted by a security officer on the dancefloor who claimed i had pushed him when he had actually shoved me. He became eratic in seconds. He called for backup and 6 other guards arrived all holding me down. If this had been the end of it, i wouldve been annoyed but not enough to blame them for it as i was obviously drunk. But as soon as the door closed to the back entrance and i was at the bottom of the stairwell (still being held by 6 guards) one of them proceeded to punch me twice to the left side of the face. Clearly this was malicious as it was done in an area with no other witnesses and no cameras. Police said they are allowed to use necessary force however punching an already restrained individual should never be considered necessary force. Shameful

Witnessed my mate get extorted $100 and assualted near the fire escape by 3 security guards. Absolute dump.

Most racist bar in Australia. Should be closed with closed and NEVER opened in the future. I was turned away on 26th June 2022 at 1am.door boys should be fired and sentenced.

The atmosphere and vibe were incredible the music was awesome too, the place was cool but the people in it weren't. I knew 2 security guards from outside of Zhivago and both were known famously for assault, didn't feel great knowing that what I had to turn to

Like others, I wish I could leave under 1 Star. Absolutely disgusted by the security guard who was working at 11: 30pm Sun 13th #01 on his badge.
After letting 4 of my friends in, when it was our turn to enter he said "only members tonight"
My 4 friends were not members, so he blantently lied to us.
When I asked him why he would not not let us in, he just kept saying "members only"
He then proceeded to let 2 girls in, I asked them if they were members and they replied "no"
I have no issue if a place is at capacity but to have a staff member who represents your nightclub lie through his teeth, leaves a very bad impression on your business.
I would take a careful look at who you are employing, as we WERE long time patrons of this establishment and will no longer be supporting your company.

Bar staff should improve more a customer service and not Asian discrimination, We went there on Saturday night 8 jan 2022 and felt all the bartenders are ignore us, I tried to order my drink and the bartender just ran away not even finish conversation! Soon the another guy came and take a order and same ran away? So just wondering how to hire the person to be a customers service in this covid time? The time the that the business is very need a money to pay them and only they job to work is a service

The attendant even refused to show menu. The behaviour was rude from the start. No wonder why so few people go there. Overpriced items with third class quality
Atleast show menu with clear prices written on it.
The last thing a customer wants is to ask the third class attendants (especially the girl serving yesterday) on top of the voice with such a loud music. But who knows if the racial element was in place! (although I try not to judge that way)
Even the toilets aren’t maintained with broken locks and lights

If I could give zero stars I would. Almost everyone in this club is rude from the bartender to the security guard. The bartender named Louis was so rude to us, if he didn’t want to serve us he should have said from the get go, hate people ruining my night. I don’t even want to start with the other short security guard at the door, wonder if this people are paid to harass and talk down to their customers. Would advise anyone to spend their money where they’re valued especially if you’re a POC, they’re high key racist.

I witnessed assault of a young man being handled by his hair from a security guard. I would never recommend this club. I immediately left after witnessing this malpractice. If I could rate this place minus stars i would. Not even worth the free entry. Bad music and unfriendly staff who need to address their negative and aggressive tendencies.
