I come in regularly and the young staff are so nice!
I will not be in anymore as a few times have been in to see an older lady and older guy past there 40s be so rude to staff to the point of making them cry.
I’ve witnessed them going in on staff infront of other staff members.
This ain’t a happy place for me anymore they have ruined zambrero for me.

I do enjoy zambies as a quick take away Mexican. It would be good if they were a little more generous with their servings. I usually pay extra to have extras added to my nachos, however it’s often not worth it as I don’t get my moneys worth. The only reason I keep returning is due to the reason that it’s the only quick Mexican close to my house.

The place was good. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and I felt the size of the meal was too small and didnt feel worth $10 that I paid. I was left a bit hungry after the meal. My colleagues ordered nachos and buritos and their meal size looked much better. Might have a different dish next time if I go.

Can’t beat these burritos! Had a classic with chipotle sauce and it was heavenly! Better than my wives cooking (shhh)

Not very good at all I find Zambrero overpriced extremely bland tasting produce and the servings are extremely small no value for money just another big corporate company making itself look like it's doing good for the world

SAD EXPERIENCE. Love their food, ordered to pick up, order was forgotten and no apology was offered. Instead we were told we should have explained we weren’t going to stand around for 20minutes (obvious). A very spiteful girl made my family never want to return.

Outstanding service from a fantastic team. Only issue is that I ended up too full thanks to their amazing portion size! Yum yum yum

It's Mexican fast food. Select your base then choose from a variety of fillings. You can eat in but it is generally pretty noisy, so grab and go.

Zambrero are always great. The only times I've noticed a dip in quality is when there are new staff intakes which seems to reliably result in smaller than normal burritos. Quick message to the Zambrero Facebook page to provide feedback, go back a week later and the same staff are making some of the best burritos I've had.

Great product, responsive to feedback, convenient location, good price, hard to ask for much more!

The meal-for-meal donation thing is a nice touch too.

Am normally very pleased with the classic pulled pork bowl however serving of sour cream and guacamole was very small. It was close to the end of these contiments in their pots and I watched the staff member scrape as much as he could out. It was only a quarter of their standardise serves and left me wanting more. You would think they would replenish these core ingredients considering extra was paid for the guacamole as well. Felt disappointed.

Quick and easy Mexican! The vegetarian burrito was really good and love that my meal contributes to a good cause!

Staff are always crazy friendly. Main problems (pretty minor), little pricey, and kinda inconsistent.

Shame you went open at your advertised time! 10am- not 11am today still not open- you lost a number of customers

Who doesn't love burritos though.
It was peak dinner hour Friday night with a line to the door and some but the staff were serving customers really quickly.
