Zambrero Seaford

I go to this location all the time and ask explicitly for NO TOMATO no TOMATO SALSA nothing with TOMATO! And they constantly give me tomato! This is driving me nuts! I have literally spelled it out for them at the drive through multiple times now but they can't seem to grasp the concept. Please do better.

*Edit* this has happened 3 more times since original review. Twice through drive through once on uber eats.

I like to give places 3 tries before leaving a negative review, each time they have gotten my order wrong.
Last nights burrito, I ordered lamb and no beans, i received all beans and no lamb at all? The other burrito we got was supposed to have no jelipenos, but it did have them, and the 3rd burrito was supposed to have beans, and it didn't.

2nd time I went, I ordered a small bowl and received a small chiketo instead with chicken and not lamb (I eat chiketos anyway, and didn't bother saying anything as I had to get back to work, it's when I got to work I noticed it had chicken as well.)

And the 1st time I went, I ordered 2 burritos on both, asked and paid for guac, and received no guac on either. I also asked for crushed up corn chips and both and nothing as well as the sauce was supposed to be the same on them, but one of them had the garlic sauce.

Honestly, worst Zambreros I have been to, and when I travel, Zambreros is my go-to anywhere in Aus, so that's saying a lot.

Friendly helpful staff, yummy tacos and burritos. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you all for what you do.

We were served by a girl called Tayla. She was so lovely and very happy to cater. Double checked with us multiple times about food sensitivities. We found out she has only been working here for 3 weeks and we never would have guessed. Thanks Tayla!

1. They were out of guacamole (what Mexican restaurants is out of guacamole? !)
2. They didn't provide any cutlery with the chicken bowl I got via the drive through. Am I meant to eat with my hands?

Kaylee was very unprofessional with my order tonight. I called up missing a drink from my order and my only option was to get a refund through Uber or drive to grab my drink.

I live in a caravan on a property, no access to drinking water and my car isn’t drivable so not only do I have nothing to drink but I also have to go through a 10minute process of getting a refund and then spending $11 to have a drink delivered again.

My burrito wasn’t even wrapped and there’s no excuse because it only had 4 things on it. They also added jalapeños when I said no. This is really annoying and I will not be returning

I love zambreros but zambreros seaford has NEVER gotten my order right. The past two times i ordered lamb and got chicken, before that ordered vegetarian and received beef, and so on. I always ask for no corn and nearly every time im given only corn. Its just ridiculous at this point. Going to have to make the trip to a more reliable store

Had toasted burritos tonight but wont be going back. The young man serving was good but the food was quite bad.burritos full of tasteless rice.small quantity of other ingredients.mostly bland, mushy rice. Couldnt really taste anything else! We couldnt even finish the meal.my home cooked Mexican is way, way tastier.

Another bad experience at Zambero. This is a common problem in take away stores with untrained staff. 2 Kids nachos completely without salsa, burritos wrong with wrong sauces on it and way too small being 330 grams each. Called the store and they said that is the correct size so called the Morphett Vale store and they said it should be at least 500 grams so obviously incompetent.
It’s so disappointing when you pay nearly $50 and not getting what you pay for. Poor management and training.

Vegetarian friend and I ordered burritos, cauliflower for them, pork for me. Staff wrote “cauliflower” on the PORK burrito and “pork” on the cauliflower one - both of us had already started eating before we realised and my friend ate pork for the first time in over 10 years accidentally.

The girl who served at Zambrero Seaford, SA was too lazy to fill up the garlic sauce when it was the last bit left in the bottle and instead decided to just give four burritos and a nacho meal a very stingy bit of the sauce left. Usually if it's the last bit, they would run inside and refill the bottles in every other zambrero. This girl was just too lazy. And the lamb served in the nachos was also very less. Came to get a simple regular burrito, meanwhile a lengthy 40 minutes after waiting for only two customers we were served, by the most possible slowest staff member i have ever experienced in any “fast food” restaurant.she has pink hair face full of piercings and the slowest scooping movement on the planet! Not only this but a low vibe and no energy which should be a requirement for any face to face service.extremely disappoint in my experience. (however food was great as always)

I've never had a bad burrito from Zambrero, but let me tell you, the one I got today was sensational, and the only thing more sensational than the burrito was the service I received from the clearly very happy staff. The cheerful interaction I had with the girls at the drive through window really made my day!

Uncooked black rice it rice fill plastic in mouth cannot chew and I complain and staff just ignoring

Last 2 times I ordered bowl with jalapeños and got none at all. Also very tiny amount of avocado and chipotle sauce was a splash on the lid lol. Charging top dollar for rice and lettuce so I won’t waste my time there anymore.

Recommend the vegan cauliflower it's so delicious and a little tiny bit spicy, buts that's good for me!

Overpriced $20 for a burrito and drink, paid for extras and never got them added after waiting 15min in drive through in the heat of the day. Sorry guys disappointing.

Had a different girl serve us today and got ripped off badly! Paid for all the extra as we always do and got shit… would’ve been better eating at MacDonalds

Great customer service from the manager Brock at Seaford Zambrero. Appreciate his friendliness and positive attitude.

I have went through drive through the past three times and have asked for extra jalapeños and have had none at all on my bowl/burrito. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not going again.
