Zambrero Murray Bridge

Might want to notify your customers if you have new opening hours? Went past today at lunch time (Sunday Jan 21st) and it was shut, at least 5 customers did the same as me, and some sitting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes at the speaker waiting for an attendant.

Been here multiple times and they’ve always gotten my order wrong, food taste good however portion sizes are considerably smaller compared to other Zambrero in Adelaide

Got served by a young lad, i think his name was Klark, he was friendly and professional and dispayed great customer service. The food was excellent and I have no complaints.

Food is better than other drive through in the area, but they ALWAYS get the orders wrong. They never write anything down so forget to add guac or leave out onion etc.very annoying when you spend $50 or more for it all to be wrong, which has happened the last 4 times in a row.

1st time having it. Had a lamb burrito, not much lamb and it was if it had been through a tenderiser about 10 times. Will give a 2nd chance

Worst behavior from the staff, the girl on the counter was rude, we are regular to the store and never experienced such rude behavior, she was not even cared to listen for what we are asking for.
We went back for checking on our order where we have been charged extra for toppings she just threw a dollar at us with out any manners.
We are the only customers she was serving at the store still she has no patience to listen for what we need.
We didn't expect such thing from a food chain. Time was around 20: 20 PM today, you can check your camera about what we are saying.
She just threw our receipt in the bin when we asked her why she charged us more than what we have to pay.

Always great tasting bowls and burritos, but can occasionally be slow. If I’m looking to get something healthier than normal, but reasonably quick I come here! Food has always been good. Bowls are always light and tasty. The crew there are always nice and friendly. Inside has plenty of room to dine in. Unlike other Zambrero’s they do have access to a toilet which is handy. Personally coming here often occasionally the service and drive through can be slow, especially during peak times. All round, a decent Zambrero’s.

We love zambrero and have eaten it in many different cities and towns. This one was a little different. The tables were dirty, the staff stressed and the aircon non functional with 2 roof mounted units turned off on a 37c day. It was more comfortable to sit outside in the shade and breeze than to sit in the restaurant.

Great food. Biggest downfall is the drive through. They ask if I want "all the usuals" like I'm supposed to know everything on the burrito and what is considered a "usual" Murray bridge is the only store I've been to that does the order like this. Please just take 20 seconds to list through them one or 2 at a time.

Got served by a young enthusiastic guy who seemed to absolutely love his job and had a good chat whilst we ordered. Would come back again just for the service

The new girl at the murray bridge zambreros was absolutely amazing she did so well to handle our massive order and chaotic nature (food was also magical) - slay queen

Usually very happy with the quality and amount of the IQ bowl but this time it was only half full, ordered the vegetarian filling (beans and rice) only got a half scoop not the extra that was meant to be on there and in general very sparcly topped
Taste is good like always just a little disappointed with the serving size as it's nothing compared to a recent order I had of the same thing

Slow drive through process. Order wasn't made to usual standard; extras were forgotten. Service was ok but a little nonchalant.

How refreshing. Your staff are amazing and generally look like they enjoy what they do.
The food is scrumptious, healthy & each meal purchased assists someone in need.

Prices are too high for the dismal amount of food they give you, Their serving sizes are so small, and their food is quite bland.

Guy working alone did such a good job! Calm under pressure and very good customer service even through the crazy rush! Burrito bowl tasted amazing

Food was delivered freezing cold and nearly no meat, when called about it they said to bring it back (didnt pay for delivery to walk in cold, rain and wind). Manager says this is store policy. Policy and customer service inadequate.

I watched it made, a smear of beans a smear of advocardo and double rice ummm, people before me had more filling but best not to say why, the Blackwood store is a lot better

I was greeted by the two young enthusiastic gentlemen as soon as i stepped through the door. They proceeded to construct my order to perfection, overall creating a warm and welcoming experience that i’m sure to come back to. Keep up the good work boys!

We are regulars every Thursday evening and have always had excellent customer service. The 2 young lads who were on this Thursday are the ones we see frequently and do a terrific job so friendly and helpful and remember our preferences. Couldn’t get better service
