8Ordered big signature bowl it comes with beans & BLACK RICE SOUR CREAM & guacamole & i paid extra $5 for CHICKEN & paid extra for ANOTHER SAUCE but they send send cheaper regular bowl with WHITE RICE NO SOUR CREAM NO GUACAMOLE & NO EXTRA CHICKEN & NO EXTRA SAUCES WHICH I PAID FOR.when i gone through menulog app to contact restaurant because they doesn't have contact number on google or website itself so the guy answered and SAID WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING SO SORRY & HAVE NICE NIGHT & ENJOY DINNER
Omg, terrible in house service, very, sloowww.and atmosphere? Well if you call a stinking hot shipping container atmosphere.get some fricking air con, and some blinds.no one wants to sit there blinded by the sun.
Just nasty.
I thought I would try the new store, I got what I always get a Big Signature buritto.
When I got home the thing was the size of a regular, I wont bother going back again, Ill drive past this store on my way to the Elizabeth store.
Definitely not a visually appealing restaurant, long wait in the drive through and VERY small portions. Not impressed and would rather drive to Elizabeth for better quality all round.
The food was presented so beautifully, and offered some good suggestions, the staff was kind and quick! =)
Honestly the atmosphere is very nice, it smells amazing and I love how they went with a eco friendly shipping container design, and I talked to someone and they said everyone was new, which explains the wait
Was waiting in driveway for 40+ minutes, was missing items after we confirmed at the window what we ordered, 2 items were wrong and everytime we looked in the window the workers were just standing there talking
I am so disappointed, I went to zambreros to be waiting 20 minutes in the drive through for a small nachos. When I looked in the window there was no one working they where all standing around chatting, when they noticed I was watching one of the workers started talking about me and the other crew turned around laughing and talking bad. As I was leaving the drive through I seen crickets leaving the storage containers which is absoloute filth. Even more disappointing that when I got my drink it was hot and my food wasn’t great. I don’t think I’ll be going back there anytime soon.
