We ordered Nachos and Portion size was very small. May be it’s the person serving us. Bit rude and not welcoming.

I'm very impressed by the team serving on 1 Jan 2024 around 7.25pm.

Plenty of customers and orders to manage, but they were still attentive, polite and prompt.

Oh yeah, the food was great as well.

Food was fresh, staff friendly and was no fuss. Staff member was patient while I worked out my order.

While toppings are generous, sat really badly in my stomach. I ate it immediately at the premises and the meat was quite cold which is a bit of an h&s issue.etter.al-foil gets stuck to the toasted burrito and is hard to spot/remove. Rice was extemely over cooked.
A couple of hours later i am still unsure if to force myself to throw up to hopefully feel better.

I haven’t been in for about a month but the girl that served me today immediately remembered my order and gave me amazing, fast and professional service. Talk about knowing your customers! Thank you!

It depends who serves you, i've had 2 burritos made up for me that were just meat, rice and a scatter of other toppings mainly just meat and rice, wrong ratio. Ordered a big burrito on menulog it came with just meat, rice, sauce and jalapenos. Disturbing. But the bowl I got for my daughter same order was covered in salsa, lettuce, sour cream all the trimmings I chucked my food and daughter ate hers just quality train your employee's to make sure they all understand how to put products together correctly. 2 times I've had this in a year and has put me off used to eat there a fair bit not anymore someone's not there who used to be maybe? It's lacking now

We treat ourself to zambreros maybe once a month. The last few times it has been terrible! Never see the same staff in there and it's usually a young one who can't make a burrito properly. Disappointing as I couldn't even eat my burrito today it was made so terribly, chucked it in the bin. Perhaps more training is needed for new staff.

Great portion size! Efficient service. Very fresh products used. Not stingy with the sauce - great to see there’s good Zambies out there.

Food was good, a little bit odd but tasted good for what we paid, service ans staff were amazing and was glad to be able to find a seat inside out of the hot weather

Oh man. Always good food and absolutely great staff. Super friendly. If you like burritos you should absolutely check it out. We go here all the time. Gonna go get a burrito today even.

I ordered a vegan IQ burrito which comes with double beans, black rice and guac. However, the staff didn't put in double guac.
The supervisor was very rude to me when I very politely asked about this, said they had never heard of double guac for vegan IQ burritos, and refused to double check their manuals etc.

Tasty food. Quickly prepared. Good option for Mexican food. Sitting capacity 15-20. Good to takeaway.
