Zambrero Modbury

Ordered through uber eats on a few occasions. Each time I have paid extra for additional ingredients to be added to my meals, and each time they neglect to add these to my order. No explanation, no substitute, no refund, nothing. If you can overlook this blatent lack of customer care, the food you do end up receiving is tasty and fresh

Friend and I ordered the TripleTDeluxe burrito, didn't have any truffello sauce and friend's burrito had less cheese than normal and wasn't even toasted properly.

Clean store and the servers have great hygiene when preparing food. Service was quick and serving size is generous, exactly what you'd expect.

The food was plentiful, but surprisingly did not have a lot of flavour - maybe I need to return and sample other dishes? I was surprised my dish did not include some nice fresh crunchy lettuce, which I usually do when cooking at home.

Toby and the ZamFam at Modbury go above and beyond for their customers, the food is always delicious and rarely a thing wrong with it.
Multiple occasions they've written little notes or jokes that have made my day.

Staff member who served me was lovely and talkative! Burrito was delicious and well prepared, coming from someone who worked there for 2 years:)

If you have not tried Zambrero's you must. Slightly more expensive than normal takeaway but worth it, both in being healthy and as they donate meals to help those less fortunate

Every time I go here the food is always sloppy and very poorly portioned /made.
Almost every time I don't even get a full scoop of meat. Picture a burrito and only getting a chickitos worth of filling.
They are very stingy on the cheese I get more in a plastic cheese slice. Wrapping is sub par at most always sloppy.
Probably the worst one I've been too yet.

Came for lunch today 23/07/20. Three staff on, one serving whilst the other two were standing in the back Having a chat. No clean tables outside to sit at! This is not on! Given our current situation with COVID-19. Tables need to cleared and cleaned between each customer!
If you have time for a chat, you have time to clean up!

Please add quesadillas back to the UberEats menu: (The only option is to order a soft taco with the same stuff in it and ask nicely in the note section to toast it like a quesadilla but as of yet I'm still yet to have someone actually read the note and do it: (an untoasted quesadilla is a sad one.

Also if you could train staff to please drain all the liquid from the chicken before slapping it into the food it would be appreciated, no one appreciates a moist taco/burrito either. Watching them do this in front of me hurts every time and I feel like a d bag asking them to make another that isn't all the water from the chicken pot like its just common sense, don't dump a spoonful of liquid into something that absorbs it and turns to mush in your hand.

Very expensive for what you get, $17 for a burrito. Food is very spicy, even mild options so my child couldn't eat it.

Food is amazing but extreamly expensive and very little ingredients. They charge extra for just a pinch of lettuce and other salad got charged 50 cents extra just for a drop of extra sauce. Very dissapointing. Not worth the money

Great staff and great food! It was my first time visiting zambrero's ever but the staff walked me through the process easily enough. Had great vegetarian options as well! Loved that

Yesterday I took the kids to Zambrero at Modbury. I had a Chokito and it was so good. The kids had nacho bowls and loved them too. Great service, great food.

Terrible food and idiotic staff. Couldn’t even make an order correctly according to the docket.

Today I tried my first Zambrero burrito at the new Modbury store, I'm very impressed with it and will eat there again! I enjoyed every bite, will recommend it to all my friends & family.

Just wanted to let you know that today I received exceptional service from Zamrero Modbury! The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating when I struggled to make up my mind with what I wanted. When I got my meal back to my office, it was extremely fresh! 11/10! I found my new favourite lunch spot!
