Zambrero Melrose Park

The tall guy with beard is worst in preparing the burrito, he just added 3 small piece of tomato and corn, inspite of telling him to put more he was being rude. Never coming back

Understaffed on a Friday night, food took way too long for what I ordered. Not happy with my experience

I went to Zambreros Melrose Park at 8.30pm with a friend who is coeliac. She has regularly purchased food from this Zambreros with no issues, only requesting gf products, and asking that fresh utensils be used for serving out ingredients. This evening, a young man served her. She requested fresh utensils and told him she is gf, and he was unable to give her a forward answer, nor use fresh utensils - he had also picked up a glutinous wrap with the same gloves he used to serve my friend her food. Feeling overwhelmed and unheard, my friend was very distressed, and felt unsafe to purchase any food from Zambreros Melrose Park this evening. When gf options are offered, then according food standards should be adhered by - please ensure your staff are educated, and make your food accessible for everyone you advertise to.

I just popped in for some dinner on my way home from work and i was served by a lovely girl named Loren. She was fantastic and made my day!

Great food as always, its good to have healthier fast options nowadays:)

Of all the zambrero we have been, this one is the worst one. Pathetic service. Would love to give a 0 stars.

Had a quick takeaway lunch from Zombreros Melrose park on the
way home on Saturday, it was a great serve.
Staff were really lovely.

I am a big Zambreros fan but unfortunately now on two separate occasions you have left a long line of customers waiting for service (1 person serving walk ins) whilst there’s 2+ people out the back packing Uber/Door Dash orders at a slow pace. I’ve watched customers in the line mutter under their breath & walk out & I myself have also now walked & will be hesitant to return until a priority is put on customers that bothered to drive & come into the store.

Door dash driver Shiv was incompetent. Couldn't understand where I lived or the number of my house and unit and then didn't leave it at my door like requested, but I had to walk out to meet his female passenger. Door dash is a terrible delivery service. Won't be using it again, as the stress of trying to explain where I live to someone who doesn't understand English, numbers or even colours is so frustrating!

The staff member that served me was super nice and friendly and chatted while making my burrito. The food is good for takeaway and the fact they can accommodate to vegans. The store was clean.

Beautiful store in a great location! The staff are always really friendly and up for a chat. Easy place to get a quick and healthy meal.

Sad to report as Ive enjoyed Zambrero's on a few occasions but after last nights meal, I have experienced the most violent case of food poisoning. Only mentioning on a review as I may not be the only customer who experienced this.
I ordered Nacho's.

I tried chicken burritos and it was good (better than guzman y Gomez.

Price vs quantity was also worth spending.

Would try again.

My nephew and I got food poisoning after eating bowls from your store last night. We have been violently ill!

Poor food rationing with a teaspoon of re-fried beans as the main ingredient (as a vego option).

The ingredients seemingly mellowing in large crockpots for long periods of time at less than desirable serving temperature. (Cold on consumption)

VERY young juniors running the shop front without any sign of a manager or senior person to run or guide the service, a big concern given a new venue and the staff seemingly looking lost and without much engagement.

The result.being violently sick a short while after consuming an order.
