Zambrero Greenacres

I've red a lot of reviews here that describe varying experiences; all I can do is comment on my own recognising that a fast-food place is graded based on its consistency (esp during busy hours)

I love burritos, and this place is a welcomed addition to a growing shopping centre
Serving great flavours at a reasonable place, this is a regular for me if I want a quick meal (or maybe a hangover cure)

If you're after something a bit more filling while also being a contained meal with some nutrition behind it, I'd definitely recommend.

Food for thought - consider coming in, ordering and eating in store. Better reflection of a places ability/vibe

I was served by cholie today. She made yum tacos (with love). I was so happy after eating it. She has really magic in her hand. Thanks alot to make my Day.will come again and again

My go-to place for burritos, the staff are very friendly and are very efficient in making the food.

Good tasty selection of foods with various toppings of your choosing.
Plenty of comfortable seating with good size tables

Went here for a late night snack. Kindly asked if they were still open, the employee looked at us up and down and gave us a side eye replying with "Uh yeah? We close at 9 *insert eyeroll*". Then proceeded to give a malicious smirk. This attitude that we experienced was undeserved as we had just asked a simple question. We felt as if it was due to racist views or just poor poor poor customer service. We felt uncomfortable and very unwelcomed when just trying to eat nachos. The employee last night created a very negative environment for us.

I always order Zambrero and usually good. This time I got my 2 x burrito bowls from Greenacres store with very off lettuce with soft leaves not as normal. In staff opinion the soft and off lettuce are good and refused to remake. Not going back to this store again.

Both times I came in to order the staff were exceptionally friendly. It's that exact service that makes this Zambrero stand out from others. The food was delicious too. Thank you

Hit and miss with how well the burrito is put together, and I have had one completely fall apart.

Very low quantity and quality
They forget to add extra fillings but they never forget to charge you
Really bad customer service

Below average…. Walked in today and was served by two zombies who clearly didn’t want to be there.
Wouldn’t come back, I’d go next door to Guzman Y Gomez.

Good Burrito in line with other Zambrero, and friendly staff. Clean and relatively large area inside.

Food is consistently great and the staff are always nice. The lady that served me there had a cool positive vibe will come back

I ordered a regular sized beef burrito. Service lady was friendly and store was clean. However, the burrito was very small compared to other Zambrero stores, I would say it looked like a small size. Also, it was too salty so i couldn't finish it.
Edit: the owner replied to my review requesting my email address and further details. I've sent an email and details to the address provided by the owner. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to reply.

Not pleased with the portion size! Ordered on ubereats and paid for extra rice and jalapeno but none of it was included. Better off ordering from other Zambrero outlets and get your money worth!

One of the better Zambreros I've eaten from in the form of speed and friendliness of staff

Am regular Zambrero customer, but will never go back to the Greenacres outlet. The portion sizes are ridiculously small compared to other Zambrero outlets. And when we mentioned that to the customer service person we were told that this is their standard serving size. When I brought the burritos hope even my kids spontaneously commented on the size and said the burrito was mostly wrap with hardly any fillings.
