Zambrero Glenelg

Saw a fat blond hair staff bullied another staff who was learning, when the new staff ask for assistance the other staff member just ignored her and she had to improvise my burito, I felt sick and loss my appetite and had to throw the meal away, gross behaviour and was so disgusted,

Zambrero is one of my favourite local take-aways in Glenelg. However I was recently disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order Burrito size being significantly smaller (the wrap even had a fold indicating it did not have the normal filling amount) Considering the price, especially when choosing add-ons, it seemed a bit pricey. Hopefully this was a once off error and not an ongoing change.

Paid just under $28 as I used Uber. Ordered nachos and it was disgusting. No extra cheese as asked and for which I paid for, in fact there was no cheese. Guacamole tasted off and it was cold and soggy. Will never order again!

Went there Friday afternoon after the beach really wouldn't hurt the staff to smile a bit along with the manager no need for the surleyness I realise they were busy and hot but no need for the attitude if you don't want people to patronize your shop you are definatly heading in the right direction with this lot of staff

Very bitter experience. I'm working with Menulog as delivery partner. I parked the car near restaurant at 7: 20 pm to pick an order. Guy working over there ignored me and served 6 couriers who were behind me in the queue. Customer called the restaurant and guy said that no body came to pick the order while I was standing there for over 20 minutes. At last they delivered food at 8: 02 pm and when I reached customer, she told me the story of phone. I'll never go there again for myself at least

The staff are so friendly even in a busy lunch period. This is what we need in this social distance period. Some friendly face from staff. Appreciate it girls:)

A lovely place for a bite during an evening walk along the jetty. A quick, easy and relativley healthy place to grab some lunch or dinner. Their location is prime, although tucked away near many, many other businesses, therefore parking can be limiting. They always seem to make good product, their staff seem to be friendly and I have never had a bad experience with them.

Pretty good Mexican food, nice staff and a convenient location.would be really nice if they had longer opening hours and a small delivery radius around the location.

Food is great. Being an avid meat eater, I find it odd that I keep going back to the cauliflower burrito. Definitely worth it

Great food at a reasonable price. Good location right on Moseley Square and the seating area looks out over the square and towards the beachfront.

Myself and my son got food from here today the food was the worst iv ever tasted we got two iq bowls dry tasteless worst refried beans like you wouldn’t feed it to your dog rice was soggy and way over cooked I got a hair in mine to when this place opened first the food was so good but lately it’s just been terrible it’s our local and I wouldn’t go back we put our food in the bin after two bites and a hair

We had planned our night around dinner (zambreros is our favourite) so we left our event around 8pm to make sure we had enough time before closing. Only to find out your Glenelg store had shut 30 mins early. Very disappointing when you advertise your times differently

We ate here on a beautiful balmy Saturday night, watching the sunset.just a beautiful location. The food is absolutely amazing, full of spice and flavour.all fresh and made in front of your eyes. The staff are happy to make to your desire and you will get a load full of food for the price. I think, no thinking required. This place is the mexican mecca.

I had had the best customer service during lunch on Tuesday by two young lady’s! Their product knowledge was outstanding!

The food was decent but the tortilla was slightly over cooked and the person serving didn't seem like she even wanted to be there at all. I probably won't be back.

As someone who’s been eating at zambreros for over 5 years I found Glenelg Zambreros to be extremely disappointing both 2 times I have visited. I am not someone who normally complains about food or service but i feel like the management need to be aware how far behind Glenelg Zambreros is from other Stores. The cue was moving incredibly slow and after finishing serving one person the girl started prioritising cleaning tables over getting the line moving Leaving one quite inexperienced boy who could only produce one burrito at a time in the space of ten minutes, which was quite inadequate as there were 10 people in line. Then, surprise a girl from out the back comes to save the day, but is on the other end of the spectrum and rushed the burrito and took absolutely no pride in her work and didn’t look to care much at all. Unenthusiastic, poor time management, very dry pork difficult to digest, stingy on ingredients, and quite a bad experience. Will probably stay away. Date and time of visit 1pm 23rd December 2017

I've been to the Glenelg Zambreros several times and have been disappointed in the quality and service each time. I walked into the store and joined the long queue and was not greated or acknolwedged by the staff and the wait time was long as there was only one staff member serving a line of customers whilst the other was preparing food for online orders. The quality of the food was not to the standard of other Zambrero stores I have eaten at.

First time here and I very much enjoyed it, friendly service, a nice lunch, a pleasant experience and clean restaurant and eating areas.

The worst zambreros in adelaide! Always sub par food and service! Been there 20 + times since it's opened and always been bad.
