Yum Yai Express Thai Kitchen

The menu is really good with a lot of choices. The food was fantastic. The Pad Thai is lovely and one of the better ones I have had. The service was pretty slow though as they are popular and busy, but the food is worth the wait.

Not to bad but I don't think I should have been charged for asking to have less chicken more veg in my Tai Green Curry.

Delicious food. Friendly staff and very quick service. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

Very nice food and generous portions, so good value overall. A bit loud and staff a bit hurried but will be back for quick meal.

Good lunch specials. They are very good for the price they charge, but it is not from scratch. Sadly I have since been told their staff are not paid the award rate

Love their Pad thai and spicy beef salad. Pineapple fried rice is nice as well.

Had to drop to 4 stars, making mistake is ok if you know how to say sorry to customers.

Not as nice as it used to be. Satay Chicken skewers and Honey Sesame Chicken were both extremely overcooked leaving it dry and tough and some pieces inedible.

The staff was very rude every time we went in there. The food is alright but the customer service is everything to make me want to go back there. Like constantly rude staff

Amazing food, great service an very well mannered didnt wait long at all an was more than satisfied with their food thank you an I've recommended on my Facebook page how great your food was as I'd heard about it but never tried now cant keep away from here!

Don't get me wrong, the food is great but I wasn't very happy with the Eftpos machine. I paid for my takeway and it was processing, then the machine just turned off and went all dark. I had to wait for it load before I could go and then was told to pay again. I showed them on my phone that payment had already been made but was informed I MUST pay again. I wasn't very happy about this. Then they said they'd reimburse me for the error they made. I got my receipt but this shouldn't of happend in the first place. Now I have to wait a few business days for my money back. Wasn't happy I had to pay $70.10 in total for my dinner. I do hope to get reimbursed or I'll be coming back to get it sorted.

I had beef pad Thai and Chicken satay for dine in. The food was hot but it didn't burn my mouth. I like this place.

I love it here. The food is fresh and You can select Your own ingredients as They are making it from scratch. The kitchen is on show so You can watch Your food being cooked. Very casual, busy place. Easy to dine alone with a computer

First time eating here, food great, service great, prices very affordable and also very quick service definitely recommend it and will be back

If you are into any sort of asian food, this is the place to go, my regular lunch destination now.

Absolutely fantastic service and amazing authentic Thai at a reasonable price considering how good the dishes are, we will be back for sure!

Fantastic shop, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food.it’s always delicious and hot and made just the way I like it. I especially like the Laksa!
