Yorketown Caravan Park reviews
14 Absolutely Fantastic park. Pristine Grass sites, rose gardens, plenty of trees, shower and toilets were always sparkling clean and smelt great. Gary is a character and is always up for a chat and advice on where to go! We had 5 days here and explored the whole lower part of the YP. So good after a day of exploring the beaches to come back and have an awesome shower! Nels cafe for coffee and The pub for an great chicken schnitty. They all allow dogs! Thanks Yorke Peninsula for showing us a great time. Thanks Gary and hope your daughter recovers well Crystal

Lovely quiet caravan park, one of those secret places you really shouldn't share! Clean, neat, and staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. Only hiccup was a fall in the camp kitchen necessitating a trip to hospital for check-up. Result of uneven pavers (rainwater subsidence) leading to tripping hazard. (lawyers litigation lot!). Staff went out of their way with 'duty of care' so despite the minidrama we will return.
Spent 6 nights here and it was nice. Love the fact that the park is small and quiet. Gary the caretaker was amazing. The toilets and showers were clean. The only fault I could find was the camp kitchen wasn't cleaned. There were dishes and crumbs left on the sink for days. The microwave oven, the white cupboard, the tables and chairs, the bbq and the floor was dirty. Other than that this is a nice park to stay.
A small but lovely park 700 meters from the main hub, we were greeted by very friendly managers who went out of their way to be helpful.
Great little park to stay at, nice grassed sights and very clean amenities. Friendly and easy going staff.
Lovely little park close to town centre. Beautifully kept grounds. Small but lovely clean amenities. Shower heads are amazing. Unfortunately due to ill health we had to leave early but we will be back. Thankyou Gary for all your assistance it was greatly appreciated.
Small but clean.
Close to all amenities. Good enough for a small town. Bowling club next door have awesome meal deal every Thursday night.
Fantastic little CP. Good clean amenities block. Neat and well serviced camp kitchen. Small herb garden. Both grassed and concrete pads available. Very friendly, obliging and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.
Great park, clean amenities and all you could wish for, but most of all the price, around 20 per night
This is absolutely the best caravan park we've stayed in on the Yorke Peninsula. Jen and Colin (the managers) are simply awesome and make you most welcome. The park is an oasis. I can't say enough about this park except 'come on down' and experience for yourself. Thankyou Jen and Colin for the most relaxing and enjoyable time we've had so far xx
Great place to stay, a small caravan park very quite. A great base stop for sightseeing. Colin and Jenny great hosts. Will differently stay again.
What a little gem of a caravan park. This is the 3rd Easter we have stayed here and it’s always been great - green lawns, very clean amenities, 2 cabins and a good camp kitchen. The new caretakers, Jenny and Colin have made some changes which have improved an already lovely park. They have a fund raiser for the RFD on Easter Sunday and a egg hunt for the children staying in the park. There is now a brand new “dump point” on the park boundary which is very convenient. We would highly recommend Yorketown Caravan Park as a place to stay. Leeane Woollard & Michael Mellow
Park management (Colin and Jenny) were amazing and the reason why our stay was perfect! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Upon arrival the leg on our camper broke and Colin could see we needed assistance. He was able to assist by loaning us a jack for our entire stay and even researched where we could get a replacement leg! During our stay Colin and Jenny regularly checked on us. When our girls missed the Easter egg hunt Jenny saved them a bag full of eggs and treats! Such thoughtful people. Facilities were always clean and tidy. Sites were nice and green. All up a great experience and incredible value for money.
