Good food but the man behind the counter is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service. It’s a shame because the girls are really polite. Not returning anymore.
The rude man neither serve an additional plate to share my meal with my mom.

There’s a huge variability in the cooking skill of the staff.
Firstly, the staff put in visibly less meat than other staff, not sure if it’s because she doesn’t have the confidence to seal the roll.

Then when she cooked the roll on the stove, it fell a part and all the content were on the stove. The staff tried to repack the content on the stove but she was struggling, so the content got overcooked. Rather than making another one, they gave that to me, where the meat became all dry and the sauces were all gone.

The yiros wasn’t rolled up properly either, when I tried to eat the whole thing it almost fell a part with the meat falling on the table.

I gave 2 stars bc it was still edible, but it really is a hit and miss experience

Located in the lower lever food court of Rundle Place. The Yiros meats are seasoned well and juicy. The Turkish pipes are tasty and the Baklava is delicious. Baked Spuds with crispy skins are great for the colder days. Good hearty meal, fresh ingredients and well priced meals for the serving size. The line up at peak times is a little awkward and staff don’t necessarily serve customers in the right order.

Just ordered a regular yiros roll from here, which is quoted at $15.10 but for some reason the girl at the counter and the boss man who was helping her put through $17.50.
I’m quite reasonable so didn’t bat an eye as I thought maybe they put it in a combo deal or something.
The girl then brings an AB pack in front of me and asks what toppings I want so I interject and say ‘sorry I didn’t order an AB, I asked for a yiros roll’, she then wasn’t too sure what to do and stated I ordered an AB which I then replied no sorry definitely a roll.
So she asks her boss for help and he comes to me saying ‘no you ordered an AB so that’s what you get’. I argue that I definitely did not and would be happy to even get the meat from the AB and put it in the Roll. I even said i don’t care I’ve paid the extra $2 just give me the roll I asked for lol. He says he can’t do that and now it’s going to waste, not my problem. + I said I didn’t mind just using the meat in the roll.
After the cafuffle they reluctantly make me a new roll which was obviously pit together together aggressively as was fallen apart in the bag.

Worst experience at a food court restaurant ever, to the extent I’ve left a review which I NEVER do.
Hope they learn some better customer experience sooner than later.

The service was friendly and there was nothing horrible about the food - it was just tasteless and boring. A kebab (yiros in this case) is usually a flavour hit but unfortunately not here. Bland, Bland Bland. Baked potato no better. Add some flavour please.

Pretty good.
When i went up to the counter to order the guy was polite and asked me what i wanted. He said 'all good, one sec'. He finished sweeping the floor which took another minute. Not a big deal, but just thought he might've finished sweeping later!

Not too expensive. $10 for a falafel wrap. Their falafels are really nice. They arent too dry. The tabouleh and sauce was nice, and i got the wrap nice and hot! There was a lot of lettuce, maybe a little too much but he didnt do a bad job. The chips was soo nice too. They were hot and crunchy, and nicely salted too. Not expensive, $2.5 for a small chips which was roughly the size of a small-medium maccas chips size. Overall, not disappointed with my lunch.

Terrible. The little guy that served me was so rude. He failed to communicate the basics and as a result, he never asked me for sauce. When I saw he had forgotten to ask and had put my wrap in the toaster I asked for him to put some sauce on. He flat out refused and rudely lectured me on why I should be able to read his mind. The guy who I think owns the place stood there and watched the guy be rude and did nothing.

Wrap was plain and dry. Almost inedible.

Do not come here. It is a waste of money and calories.

Asked for a yiros, very common food around Adelaide, instead received a plate with meat and salad on it. Still decent food however unsatisfied with my purchase.

They need to learn some customer service skills.
Owner is so rude. If you want to pay and get insulted then this is the place to go. Food was so dry, salty and dead cold. I would never recommend to anyone.

Took myself and my children to the new store at 77 Rundle Place.

Purchased 3 turkish pide and two yiros (one chicken and the other beef)

The pide were the best I have ever had. The pastry was fresh and baked to perfection, the filling was fresh and tasted great.

Both the chicken and beef Yiros were great. The meat was cooked perfectly and the fillings were fresh and tasty. The presentation on the plate was good.

I noticed a lot of the staff from the surrounding shops and stores were buying their lunch from this store, this is a good sign because they know which are the best shops near their place of work.

The food preparation area of the shop was very clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful explaining the different foods on the menu.

I complimented the shop owner on how clean his shop was, and he took me out the back of the shop and showed me the stainless steel tops he had installed to make cleaning easier. Signs were on the walls instructing staff on safe food preparation and safe food handling and storage practices. All the food sold in the shop is prepared fresh daily. Vegetarian fillings and Halal meat is also on the menu.

The owner Ali, told me that he owned previous shops at David Jones and Harbour Town and had won awards for high sales and high standards of hygiene.

I purchased another 5 pide to freeze and eat at work during the week.

I will definitely be returning to Yiros Plus to buy my lunch when I am in the city and will definitely be telling my associates, family and friends to try their food.
