Shocking service.having to wait over 10 mins for drinks and sauces is ridiculous and staff had no manners or communications skills!

Alma she’s was one of the most welcoming and honest customer service representatives I’ve had and made me definitely feel like I was coming back again and I wasn’t just a number. Will definitely be coming back again and would recommend for anyone with friends looking for a nice place to eat out with a great atmosphere.

Alma provided an absolutely outstanding, from arrival to departure. The food was top notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this untapped secret of the east end. As a person with 5 years of hospitality experience myself, I can positively tell you that Alma is someone you never want to lose. The food and atmosphere is great, but it’s her that really makes you want to come back.

The gf yankee burger cost us $29 with chips and the serve was so small. Very disappointing. Hardly a full serve of chips

Yankee's Burger Bar? The Burger House? Urban Grill? Burger Jack's? Burger Bonanza? Big Daddy's Burger Bar? Burger Shurger? Burger Joint?
Which one is it? I ordered burgers from few of these restaurants on Uber eats and surprisingly all of those tasted the same (which is mediocre) and when I looked at the addresses, guess what? All these restaurants have the same frickin' address. Great values I must say.
Duping the customers and taking them for granted. Must be renamed the Gimmicky Burger Bar.

The venue was cold and uncomfortable.
The burgers were average and we were the only people there (2) and it took long time to make lunch and first time round chips were cold and required recook.

Won't be a repeat customer.

Always lovely food, Prapti never disappoints! Yankees has become a regular dinner location for us, always great service and amazing food.

Today me and my friends went to Yankees for lunch and Alma was serving us with some of the best customer service i have ever had, she was lovely and truly made me and my friends day:)

I met Alma at the front she gave lovely customer service was really friendly we had a good chat and i felt very welcomed and overall enjoyed the experience and listening to her great music. Highly recommend going here!

Got the Ozzie and loved it. Reminded me of a classic fish n chip shop burger with the lot. Do yourself a favour!

Only customers here, 45 minute wait for drinks. (That came 20 minutes after our food) only after we complained

Go somewhere else! There are so many good burger restaurants on this street. Don't waste time and money here!

When I ordered they hadn't all the ingredients for the ozzie burger. A replacement of ingredients wasn't offered but I decided to give it a try anyway. Waited then for more than 40 minutes for the burger and still didn't got it. Went back to the bar and asked for it and got the question if I have ordered something (I had the table number I got from them in my hand). Just left after that! What a joke this "restaurant"!

If you want an ok burger and an ok cocktail this place is an ok choice

We were greeted by amazing, patient and kind staff members. Ate incredibly delicious food, and sat in the beautiful upstairs balcony. I am completely in love with this place!

Burgers were delicious however they did get one of our orders wrong as well as another table’s order nearby. They also brought out quite a bit of food to our table that wasn’t ours (we told them of course!)

Anyway, maybe they were training someone or something. This might not be a reflection of their service all the time. But worth mentioning.

Not much as a real Yankee burger. It was near the OK, but I will not repeat. Fries were not as spected neither.

Great food, super fun and vibrant atmosphere (loved the tunes!), but the service is the real winner. Big thanks to Jess for making us feel like VIPs. With outstanding service, couldn't of visited a better place for late night meal and wonderful cocktails

Tasty food and excellent service! Ragini was at the bar when our party arrived and she took excellent care of us! So friendly and personable, even mixing us special drinks just for fun. Ask her about her lemon drops! They are incredible.

When arriving to yankee's burger bar, I didn't quite know where to set my expectations, the décor is nice, and the reviews were good.after i ordered the "hulk" burger and i sat down.the wait wasn't very long, and the staff were nice.after i took my first few bites, the first thing that i noticed was the severe lack of grease.and to be frank it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time.the bun was crisp, the onion was surprisingly sweet and the chicken was crunchy.my only complaints would be that it was a tad expensive, but for the quality of the food id say it was worth it.and the cheese was sub par in my opinion, but compared to the quality of the rest of the ingredients it was hardly noticeable solid 4.7 stars.will come back again
