Xpresso on Flinders reviews
12Good lunch tucker. Hot meals like burgers or lasagna are good value and generous portions. Fresh made rolls are good too. Ingredients are always fresh.
Great coffee and mint slice. Lady who served me was kind and served me with a smile. No complaints!
Nice little Cafe. Has a good menu range.
Chips and gravy are delicious.
Plenty of seating and the ambience is nice.
The lady at front counter was really rude.she don’t even how to talk to customers. Never recommend this place to anyone
The ladies are so friendly and involved with the community. They give clear time frames for waiting, communicate with patrons and work fast. The food is extremely well priced for the serving sizes and freshness of food offered. I've been a few times now and it's honestly one of my favourite hidden gems for lunch during the work week.
They also do suspended coffees and toasties for people less fortunate, who need a feed or a pick me up but may not be able to afford such a luxury.
The ladies serving where under pressure due to trouble with the eftpos machine! They did a fantastic job and where very friendly and apologetic about the wait. Food was good too
Nice little place I've stopped at a few times now for lunch.
Friendly service, the food and coffee are great.
No complaints from me.
Had the worse ever experience on 3.8.21. Ordered take away around 12.20 pm and was waiting patiently until 12.40 pm and the woman who took my order (middle aged, Mediterranean looking) tells this customer who came 20 minutes later than me
“you are the last to come and first to be served”. At this point I politely asked how much longer my order will take (had to attend a meeting at 1 pm). What followed after that was an absolute shocking display of her horrible personality:
“I’m not paid enough to do this ”
“ Can’t you see we are only two people and are really busy? ”
“Is it my fault that you come here at the 11th hour and can’t wait? , you have to wait more than that to be served as we are really busy”!
And then she started slamming the equipment she was using while staring directly at me!
I know it’s hard to believe someone who is in a customer service role would speak like this to a customer but, to my absolute horror this did happen in front of other customers.
After that disgusting, pathetic behaviour I wasn’t going to spend a penny more on that venue nor did I want to continue to tolerate such disgusting behaviour! So I told
“Please! No need to be rude but, cancel my order” and I got my money back from the other lady (who wasn’t nasty) and left!
If all the cafes in Adelaide are closed, I would rather starve than to step foot into this place!
I'm HOMELESS AN THE staff look at me like I'm going there to get a free suspend coffee that the public pay for to give HOMELESS people.
I've been going to get my morning coffee for a little while now. The coffee is good, and I like the atmosphere. The staff have always been really nice. Highly recommend if you want a solid coffee spot during the week!
Rude service, expensive ($2 to add gravy making pictured bucket of chips $5.95), slow, bad food. Only reason I have ever returned is convenience. But even now that has worn off. Avoid.
Best cafe with heaps of atmosphere in town. If you want a quiet well presented place to have a perfect coffee and snack, this is it. Service and food is great.
