A third of our order was cancelled, a third wasn't delivered and the waffle we finally did receive was rock hard. Super disappointing.

Crepes were cold and tasted like they were made 3 days ago. Felt like eating cardboard would not buy again.

Don't buy coffee, they don't know how to make coffee and somehow tastes more like luke warm weetbix. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt 3 or 4 times now. For everything else, it is okay and about what you would expect it to be, still 1 star for profiteering way to hard.

Ordered a snack pack from here and was alright but definitely lacking in taste.the salted caramel was probably the worst salted caramel i have ever tried so that went straight in the bin but the order came super fast so thats a plus.

I LOVE the caramilk muffins they do here, and they always make good coffee. The desserts are definitely overpriced and milkshakes too rich in flavour, however today's complaint is about the PARMI focaccia option. Now. Excuse me. But sliced deli chicken, cheese and, bacon (with no crisp on anything,) and no sauce at all. Does not -a PARMI make-? PARMI. Is the Napolitano pasta sauce, cheese and crumbed chicken. CRUMBED, at the very least, so it may be a schnitzel rather than Parmi but without either of these things.it is neither of these things. Don't fork up how you pitch your food X Desserts, or you might end up with a mob with pitch forks.

I have just placed an order with this place and I only received a quarter of my order that is 1 waffle and 1 zeppola for a total amount of 61$, and they got it wrong. I tried to contact them but there is no contact number. Unbelievable. I will be there tomorrow to rip you apart if you don’t contact me snd deliver what I have orderd.

We ordered brownies, Nutella spring rolls and a waffle. The Brownie was a piece of chocolate cake, didn't taste like a brownie at all. Nutella spring rolls were so so small. It was a size of a finger! And the waffle was hard! We are really disappointed with everything especially with the spring rolls! Giving one star cause we can't give a zero!

We tried to give a rating for the order through Uber Eat but it doesn't let us do that!

Will rip you off! Purchased desserts via uber eats. Ordered a shake and large block of chocolate, and only recieved the shake. However was still charged an additional 7-8 bucks for chocolate I never received. They have then altered order on Uber eats so it shows that I only ordered a shake, for $22!

Oreo spring rolls were trash, proper gimmick. I feel robbed and I want to unlife myself after getting my order.

Had 2 milkshakes and 2 of the zeppole nachos. Milkshakes were what I expected they would be, pretty yummy, just very rich & couldn't drink more than half. The zeppole nachos weren't very nice at all. More like a soggy churro. They also forgot our extra strawberries but doubled up on the extra Nutella dip and icecream scoop that we ordered with one - was disappointed to miss out on the strawberries but the icecream was way better than the zeppole nachos. Super expensive and not really worth the money

Ordered from ubereats, really filling and decadent. Well packed.
Having said that, it lacked a bit of sweetness.

I order a nutella brownie form the uber eats app, it is so good i love how it's warm and soft.i added ice cream to mine and it made it 10 times better.
