One of the better petrol stations in the area, always have competitive pricing. They make great coffee and have a good bakery selection. Have convenience items at decent prices. Kids live the slushy machine.
Warning: Pulled in today and sign clearly said 93 cents a litre for gas (I had a voucher so although this made it slightly cheaper, I like to support the little guys). In the time that I was waiting for the guy in front of me to fill up so I could also fill up, I got out the car and they had flipped the pump to 99 cents and THEN the sign to 99 cents. False advertising. I mentioned this to the lady at the counter to tell her Manager and she was lovely and friendly and apologised for what had happened. I explained that it was okay and not her fault, I just wanted to flag it with the Manager for future. Then the Manager rudely and abruptly intervened and stated that it had been 99 since last night and that she could prove it (I wouldn't have pulled in for 99). She did not do this in a polite manner and when I asked her to go ahead and prove it and she couldn't find a photo to prove her point, instead of apologising she blamed her staff for not taking the photo. It was very unprofessional and she was not approachable at all. This is not the first time I've had a problem with how this Manager handles situations and after this occurence this will be the last.
Rohith I did a 12 month traineeship retail operations and the liberal professionalism and customer service are just received from this man as well as knowledge of the business owners stock and just informed on top of that customer service as well as promotional products which work not delivered to me in a bad way tacky where it was I got the see first hand pride passion taken in the way I served I'm very surprised and actually gave me confidence that someone still delivers a high standard of customer service like this man
Went to get the Cheap petrol 99.9 litre today and got there at 12 after phoning and being told it was on until 1pm. The guy in the orange hi vis when we pulled up asking where to park said the special had finished at 12. So when returned home and rang again the lady said definately 1pm. So either the guy in hi vis is lazy and didn't want to direct more cars, or he wanted to go to lunch, or he is just a straight out liar. Either way I will not do business with such an unreliable company.
