X Convenience Plympton

I seem to be having trouble with these cinnamon scrolls your selling, first at Eyre now Plympton, they are rock hard and only soft if heated. Very disappointed when received.

To those that make a good coffee are considered heroes in some people’s eyes and to the ones who make terrible coffees. You are villain in my eyes. Don’t mess with my coffee.

Very nice petrol station with great burgers and very friendly staff defiantly will be coming back again.

Up until now I've never had a problem here, not once. Tonight though. Tonight is a whole different story. Ethnic management come out to the pump before I've even stopped pumping or left my motorcycle to come pay to start harassing me about whether or not I'm going to take my helmet off. When I pointed out that I hadn't even gotten near the door and it was rude, unethical and a breach of their own written/displayed policies, I was told it's their job to create needless aggression and issues when I hadn't even been given the chance to. I was walked to the counter like a criminal after I was profiled and then discriminated against and then notified of this profiling and discrimination by the perpetrator themself. It got heated but they swore they know the law and how it's perfectly legal to come harass you about entering the store to pay your tab. Then after I admittedly swore post losing my cool, these immature, power hungry drug tripping morons double down, swear back at me and insist they're right and I'm wrong. For perspective, my body was still literally touching my motorcycle and it was parked exactly here. This all happened approximately 21: 20 on Fri, 22nd, September 2023.

This is an Amazing Place. Everything is Perfect. Service, Products & has a Deli type store.

The hot dog was good, and coffee is good, but the doughnut well, I can't say it was good?

Great service and food that is well priced. Best iced lattes in the area. Also staff were very honest as I left my phone on counter and they looked after it until I returned to collect it. Thank you so much greatly appreciated.

Small site, but the prices are competitive. Team are always friendly. Shop is always in good order. Coffees not to bad either.:)

Burger was decent but service was horrible the person serving me was Dominic and he had a very bad attitude and felt like he didn’t want to be there he had a really poor attitude towards everything I said. Not a very good experience

Dear manager. (24th of September 11.30 to 11.45) please look at your camera and let your team know time is money. Really disappointed and didn’t buy anything. Literally team members hiding inside the kitchen

Will never go there again. Though I miss the old staff Aprill and Yanni, but had a bad taste in the mouth with Alex. I have been going to this store for my cigarettes for the past 4 years, driving as far from Clearview just to have a convo with the staff there, but now. NEVER. Sad but the truth.

Good store and good burgers, but no longer a customer friendly store when you have the wrong person serving you, or at the end of a phone line.

I came here with my two friends celebrating her birthday and we wanted to sit upstairs. Later to find out that we were not able to sit upstairs due to the fact that they were “closing” but we even offered to clean the whole place sweep and mop and wipe down tables. We informed them that we were just going to chill there. I am appalled by this behaviour. Not happy parsana not happy!

Today first time ever want to a x convenience store, a great customer services especially the guy who made my coffee (forgot to ask his name) thanks for an extra extra hot medium cappuccino and offering a donut.well, overall, this place has optimistic aura, going again for a coffeee hands down.

Competitive prices with OTR but X convenience has a hand washing station which is good in pandemic times

Clearly the staff here have no concept of customer service. Every visit is lousy but it's my local for staples and fuel. Today visit the clerk managed to serve me without a word and no eye contact, he barely looked up from his Facebook feed to acknowledge me. Most cases the staff will continue their conversation with each other and serving is just an inconvenience to their day. Yesterday 3 were gathered around someones phone while I stood waiting to be served. They have no shame or no clue. You will never a get a friendly greeting or have a nice day and we hope to see again soon here. Forget it not happening here.ever. Commonly it is always the younger greek lads that are the absolute worst but I guess they're employed under friends of friends or mates of the family etc. Bloody disgraceful service and without doubt the worst I have ever experienced in 54 yrs. The irony those kids will reading this now and having a good laugh. Sack them all or at least 6 regulars I can think off.

Xburger is the most guilty you can feel while eating fast food. Petrol station food has no right being this good.

This place always has the cheapest petrol so I tell my friends in the area to buy fuel there. They sell hamburgers and chips, great cakes and coffee etc. You can also eat in.

I Usually fill my car tank from this store, until one night I urged to use toilets first and thought would fill car's tank after using toilets.
But the guy Shouted " THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TOILET" when I came out of toilets.
I left the Servo and never filled from there that night or later.
