I have been fortunate enough to have had the invaluable assistance of Tiffany (who travels from other side of town to Melrose park) as my case manager in gaining employment in a new field after 30 years in other employment which l could no longer physically do. Tiffany helped me successfully gain new training, was available for my calls with a welcoming solution and calm reassurance. Tiffany was also extremely patient with my lack of knowledge regarding computer skills (and smart phone lol) and taught me everything l needed to be able to apply these in my new career. She is AMAZING and l will always appreciate all her valuable and kind help

Had an array of health of problems & being forced to walk in from Campbelltown to Newton on a busted knee (all of which I still have medical certificates for) actually meant nothing to them. I was put in horrible position of having to give up my media studies as they didn't see as a meaningful pathway to employment but I have since sent that letter out to every media organisation I did no wrong, just got stressed out. I was forced to lose $500 of my own money & do a copy & paste course which I ended up failing as they didn't even have the technology to allow me to do the so called Cert II in Business! I had NO TIME TO DO MY CERT IV IN WORKPLACE TRAINING & ASSESSMENT which I also failed as a result of having no energy for it due to WFD which is awful to put on a resume which I don't (no on else does). I am now studying & in a much better place. I was forced to cancel interviews & at one point had a discussion about "living on the street would be easier". I lost out so many job interviews as a result. The stress was unbelievable on me & everyone else there. No need to reply. You only did so in legislation several times before. I did no wrong. I apologise for being unemployed & following the rules. The correspondence from one investigation into WorkSkil was so factually wrong EVEN CENTRELINK REVERSED A DECISION THEY MADE ON THE ILLEGAL PARTICIPATION FAILURE I RECEIVED FOR APPLYING FOR A JOB THAT REQUIRED NO QUALIFICATIONS & OFFERED FREE ON-SITE TRAINING. Again, looking forward to telling my story to the press if they are interested in it. Not a personal attack on anyway but it was a total nightmare. The investigation & letters by WorkSkil also kept getting my name wrong! Centrelink reversed the decision. I lost the job interview. Had a WFD supervisor force me to cancel several as well.
