Claire, She has a pretty tough gig, especially if most of her clients are in situations as myself. Most are. Claire has a wonderful spirit who wears a piece of us home everyday. Having to deal with the pandemic of homelessness and many other issues. It is made more difficult by restrictions and red tape so to speak. Yes I have needs and we need them. Thankyou claire

Lorna has been the most kind, genuine, and helpful provider I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. I have never once felt judged or criticised by my situation when talking with her, and she has always shown unwavering support alongside her incredible professionalism and ability to get things done. After only a few interactions, I can easily say she is one of the best workplace consultants in the area.

My wonderful consultant JAN has given the greatest help & assistance in making it so much easier using the job active site, provision of resources not previously made available & she's available 24/7. Her Manager needs to know of her excellent customer service & her willingnes to go the extra mile. THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH JAN, FROM CINDY

My provider was Laura and she was absolutely amazing and helped me in every way she could. Unfortunately, today is her last day so this review is a thank you and the person who will be helping me next has some big shoes to fill!

I have been a client of Lorna at Workskil Oaklands Park for about 1 year.

Lorna is allways professional and punctual but what I appreciate most in the interactions I have had with Lorna is her positivity. Nothing is ever too hard or unachievable.

There isn't enough space in a single review to write about all the help and assistance I've received from my support person at the site, Laura P. She's worked hard to get me into my preferred course, has always been responsive and mindful of my circumstances, followed up when I struggled and has always gone the extra mile. Her and Tracye B provide an amazing service.

Mark G from Workskil was the only one that would help me when Corona virus started. Their staff particularly Laura P at Oaklands Park have been so warm and helpful whilst providing training to support me. I can't thank them enough for their care and interest they showed in guiding my future career opportunities.

Laura was my workskil provider for a year and a half. Until the birth of my daughter. Laura has assisted me with gaining accredited training however during one of the most difficult times of my life Laura went above and beyond her job roll and assisted me in ways I don't know how to explain. She kept me from becoming homeless during my pregnancy, she worked closely with other social workers of mine to assist me through my DV. But what I'm really appreciative of is that even though I am no longer with worskil Laura is still making sure I'm seen too but checking in on me to see if I am okay or if I may need further assistance. I have had plenty of assistance by multiple people however none compares to Laura's which has been there from start to finish despite it not being her responsibility.
Her professionalism is amazing but her ability to make you feel she cares on a personal level and a true feeling of true support is above and beyond.

I have had a very positive working relationshop with my Case Manager- Laura at the Oaklands Park site. Laura has always exuded a very passionate, personable, professional and helpful manner in all my interactions with her. She always displays a genuine interest in assisting me to obtain a meaningful employment outcome. I really enjoy working with her and have found the experience a very positive one.

I had the absolute pleasure to have Laura as my worker/mentor while looking for work while unemployed. Laura listened to me and knew exactly where to guide me more than I did for myself! I now have an amazing casual job that suits all of my work and life balance needs. I am really sad to have to say goodbye.

Absolutely useless and a waste of time this place. Were never actually interested in helping me get a job. A woman named Linda mocked my resume and belittled the courses I had done to try and better myself. A woman named Amy-Lee had the nerve to say she had been "patient" with me. How about actually doing something to help rather people rather than pushing them into work to meet your KPIs.

From the many years experiencing and being signed up to Job Service Providers, Workskil Oaklands Park has been the best out of the lot, with their friendly staff and always positive nature to giving Job Seekers and others alike a chance and an opportunity to receive assistance. Thank you Workskil

Bad on every level. Staff more interested in minimizing their tax than client's needs. Have to give one star. There's no zero.

The two female staff members I've had the unfortunate pleasure of coming into contact with seemed very self-entitled. They seemed to think when scheduling my next appointment that I had to fit into their "busy" schedule and should therefore have more of a say into what time and day suits them for me to come in. I work 28 hours a week and do a masters part-time, which should give me more of a say because I have hours where I'm busy during the week. The woman gave me an attitude and straight out told me "It's not when it's convenient for you" after I told her which times on which days I was free. Actually, it IS when it's convenient for me. I'm the reason why you're not on the Centrelink system and why you even have a job. You're welcome. The appointment we were scheduling was going to be in 5 week's time, not short notice. Imagine going to the doctor and while scheduling the next appointment they said "It's not when it's convenient for you". That's something they just wouldn't say, probably because customer experience and professionalism matters to them. Anyway, here's hoping they get over what ever is going on in their personal lives before I see them next time or before they have contact with other people in general.

The staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. However they still need to help with gaining employment.
