They can talk about all the things they can do and to let them help you but never follow up even when they are sent warning emails from the government, they're not trained well enough, who doesn't notice a random person on their mailing list. Rang them but went to HQ they said to block the email but didn't care that I have pictures of them talking about clients

This has been the best one I've been involved with. They have been very understanding & considerate with my medical condition. Sarah has gone above and beyond to help me & still is. Thank you

I’ve been registered with these guys for 6+ months. They’re helpful, friendly and professional. Overall great experience. This review is for the Noarlunga office.

I was asked to attend today even though I was trasitioning to age pension in August 2020 and have already started the process, fair enough as i was advised that it was a Centrelink requirement, pointless but still a requirement. It was also mentioned when I rang to make an appointment if I didnt want to attend I could go to the doctor and get a certficate for STRESS. I was also asked to bring identification with me.
I arrived on time, was taken to a desk with my interviewer, I asked some questions, got the responses, got the form printed out for me, but only after I had asked for it and it is only 2 pages (back and front) when it say there are 4 pages.didnt bother to ask for the other two not really bothered
BUT MY COMPLAINT OR POINT TO MAKE IS. I WAS NEVER ASKED TO IDENTIFY MYSELF IN ANY WAY, I WAS ASSUMED TO BE WHO I WAS, I WAS GIVEN DOCUMENTATION ASSUMING I WAS WHO THE INTERVIEWER THOUGHT I WAS. IS THIS A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW. THE INTERVIEWER WAS LUCKY I WAS WHO SHE THOUGHT I WAS.
I havent been into that office for over 3 years at least so no one would know my face and remember me.

I hope that your staff are retrained or conduct interviews according to your policy.

Potentially my information could now be in the hands of someone else or could have been someone else using my information for committing identity fraud and defrauding the government.
I am who the interviewer thought I was luckily and I will participate and follow the instructions given to me to maintain my Centrelink payment

The staff treated me with absolute disrespect, amd basically telling me all my career paths are pointless. They have never ever helped me to find a job except for harrassing me and continously assuming that I am lying to them. They basically act like they are better than you and every single thing in life should be revolved around going to the "important" meetimgs. Going so far as to basically tell me that, "your medical appointments are not valid enough reason to reschedule an appointment with workskil". They don't even care about you at all, they expect you to basically be a robot. Good luck to anyone who goes here!

Decent size and free Wi-Fi. They aren't particularly helpful thus far but I haven't met a job provider yet that has been.
