16Not sure what to say, I've been exempted for looking for work due to health reason. Now I have a interview and have been trying to contact the Enfield branch for past two days to get some assistance with interview clothes and have had no luck. At the point of cancelling my interview now. Thanks workskil.
Caitlin/yn/Katie got the job because of her Mum, whom also works there. But good news, they can provide rego for religious reasons, not to help you get a job but for religious reasons.
Seems praying is more likely the answer than this repugnant dysfunction.
The receptionist is very nice and my consultant is definitely a terrible experience! One star is for the receptionist!
They never call on time and then they penalise you for missing their call at the end of the day (5hrs after the appointment was meant to take place). Or they just call you a week early unannounced. Why should my payment be put on hold if you didn’t do YOUR job properly? Why should I have to follow this up?
Still waiting for a phone call back from Maria (area manager) for a complaint, from February its end of June now. I cant believe this agency is getting government funding. I cant believe how unorganised workskil is
Horrible customer service, rude staff, uncompassionate, unhelpful, incompetent! I would definitely recommend going anywhere else but here.

Nothing to really say. Worse employment provider I ever been with. I won't blame the workers well kinda can considering I repeated my self 15 times this year. They say one thing then change it to another. Never gained work from them only gain worked off my own back which I'm proud of, but really they need to be more considerate for the employees and employers more besides themselves. All employment agencies are corrupt in some way. But this one so far has been so difficult to deal with its actually impacting my health. Here's some advice try and avoid having this organisation and go somewhere else.
Made a suggestion and copped attitude from the one at the front desk they need to hire people with people skills any trouble contact an ombudsmen!

Incompetent and unhelpful are two words that sum up this place well. Staff fail to have basic knowledge of how the real job market works, and are more focused on getting government handouts than helping people in need. Workskill Australia is a corporate bludger. Shame on you for treating people and the community you serve with contempt.
Very Rude people working there.one of the staff she doesnt know what she is doing i visited them twice in a week and still they are makeing excuses and showing me there wide eyes.definetly hopeless place to visit.i gotta job own my own but i dont think so this people can help u with anything.they blame u for there misguidence.
Enfield terrible worse bunch of people, they actually go out of there way to lie to Centrelink to get your payments reduced, and heaven forbid your 5 minutes late for an appointment, apparently a work skill appointment is the most important thing in you life, not your kids not your wife not your health, your works lol appointment trumps them all
Rude staff, unhelpful, they must get some sort of bonus for getting your centrelink payments cut, they know they have the threat of getting your payments cut and the power has gone to their heads, how they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me.
Was a one star before but my current consultant actually knows what she is doing so i average my experience to 3 out of 5.
Very poor. I was not notified of appointments, then my payments were cancelled, the staff were extremely rude, I would not recommend the service at all
