Woolworths Unley

Store is overall pretty good with nice parking round the back and normally has everything in stock. Biggest letdown is the fruit and veg where multiple times it has been bruised or rotting. A couple days ago I bought a 1kg bag of red potatoes and stored at home like normal. Went to go cook with them today to find them rotten with a rancid smell. The kg of apples I bought on the same day for $6 are also pretty disappointing.

Our usual weekly shop. Much bigger than the Coles in the same complex and usually had everything we need. Prices are up around the country but there's always plenty of offers. Always some good reduced bread offers too.

Fresh food people? How many months since their rotten Pink Lady apples were picked? The worst fruit and veg I have come across, and on a regular basis. Happy to pay more at Tony and Marks, where the quality of the produce is superb

Best supermarket around, always have the things I want and need. On this visit I was greeted by a girl in the aisle, she saw I was a bit puzzled on where some things were (assuming you’ve changed your layout again) she asked if I needed assistance and j asked her a where a few things where, she knew where it all was without even checking her decide! (Bravo to her) I then saw the same girl at the bakery and asked her if she had any mini pavlovas made up (they’re my fav please make more) she then made me one straight away. I believe her name was amy?
I really appreciated that she went out her way to help

Although, lost a point for not enough checkouts open and staff standing in the front desk chatting, same with the staff down the aisles, too busy talking

The female person in charge of the staff and checkouts was brilliant. She opened up an isle and I had been waiting for this isle but another customer grabbed it. The female manager saw my dissatisfaction and quickly got another staff member to open up a new register.

The Woolworths Supermarket has plenty of parking outside but no under cover parking. There are several disability parking spaces near the entrance to the Mall and several marked parking spaces designated for drivers using a pram or stroller who need that space to safely take little ones out of cars. The supermarket was not very busy and most shelves were stocked. Some fruit and vegetables are in short supply. Some products did not look the best - The strawberries did not look fresh and appeared bruised
I did not have to queue long to be served and go through the check out.
The young man on the check out was very cheerful and put all my bags into the trolley for me.

One of my favourite woollies store. Always have plenty on the shelves and is a big store and friendly.

Love this store.staff always helpful and friendly.normally well stocked, but due to Covid.as with everyone, some empty spaces.choice still, is there.

Good fruit and veg. Delicatessen area also fine. Can find most things you would need and staff always friendly and helpful.

Large selection of most items. Usually shelves are fully stocked and very rare to find an item out of stock. Some cashiers are not as friendly and helpful but a few are great.

Horrible experience. I placed an order online on 17/09/2021, I found items missing. I called the store and was told they will deliver the next day. The next day 18/09/2021 at 15: 48pm and I am still waiting for my order. Even after paying $15 for delivery. I Called the store repeatedly and no answer. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Still waiting for my order!

Woolies at Goodwood road is bigger but the staff are super awesome and always help me find my health foods when I’m hungry and I can’t look properly.

Don't park on the front car park it's really hard to find a park.just go around to the back there is always parking there.
Friendly staff.

Found them super thoughtful in a mild but loving way. Without knowing every inch of it like the back of my hand I was able to sort through and get everything and the kitchen sink! Now all my problems for the BBQ have been sorted and I need to be grateful to the team down there. The scanning section was thoroughly appreciated and it was nice to know they were right behind me if it was necessary to change.

Besides running into some people that believe or forget that their not in Burnside still. Absolutely fabulous. Love it even.

Mindbogglingy terrible service
back to IGA. Never again Woolies, and you wonder why yr staff get abused? Arrogant and incompitants don't go together.

Well laid out store with a lot of items to choose from. Good fruit and veg, meat, lots of health foods and some good value options.

The girl at the sushi bar Today needs education in Customer Service I stood there & she had her back to the customers and on her mobile phone the whole time we moved on along with several other customers I did a lap around several isles and came back and she was still on her phone check CCTV footage if you have it
