Woolworths Northpark

Today i was back from shopping from Woolworths, I still had The same experience like last time with a different Racist Lady Also she doesn’t know how to Even pack up the groceries neatly in the shopping bags.

Today I have bad day ever, My son and I went check out. The check out person said to me, you need to pack your grocery, I said back to him normally the checkout person packing the customers grocery. He said from now the customers must pack their grocery. Before me he was pack customers grocery. My son and I was look the other 2 checkout person. I'm asking to him that the other 2 checkout person their pack the customer grocery too. He was said to me they are new worker. I said back, they are not a new worker. Every week I always bought grocery here, I knew there are not a new worker.
Only today we need pack ourselves grocery. My son keep telling me why we need pack grocery our shelves. He looked the other 2 checkout person their pack the customers grocery. He really like Woolworths but now his said to me, He doesn't like this Woolworths anymore. Bad customer service he's name is James.

If you visit this store look out for a young lady, Kavita at the front registers. Kavita made me feel welcome engaged in pleasant small talk and most importantly packed my groceries perfectly for a long drive home. I have not been shopping at Woolworths for a long time but will definitely try my best to visit this store to make my purchases because of the service and care Kavita gave. Woolworths if you want people to come back to your store maybe have a look at what this young lady does and train others to follow her lead. Thanks.

Just very rude and demanding for no reason. Ive felt uncomfortable at this shop like i am being accused of stealing everytime. Im not happy that because of their rudeness i am going without dinner tonight because i was too flustered and had to much anxiety to shop here. Thanks for making the bad day i was already having worse

You play loud rock and roll music? Guys, I don't go to the supermarket to listen to music and if it's more I can't concentrate on what I'm doing, buying stuff.

I visited here for the first time in a long time I normally go to Gilles Plains or Modbury Heights and this is the worst store as far as stock been available is.seeing I only went in at 11am on a Friday morning I was appalled at how little I could get here.it's not a Woolworths issue as I never had a issue in the other stores.

I would like to start by saying that I have found the staff at Woolies Northpark to be courteous and helpful for the most part. They have even opened a register for me when needed.

There is however one staff member (I believe his name is Mitch) - he is on the express checkout - its unfortunate that I need to say this but Mitch seems to have a great deal of attitude. I was shopping today thru the self serve but (of course) the transaction failed so I was refereed to the express checkout. As per Murphy's Law it just happened that an elderly gentleman was finalising his purchase and taking an excruciating amount of time. I expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time and Mitch barked at me, yes he barked at me - if Mitch had of acknowledged me and apologised for the machine error and advised that he will be with me as soon as possible then this angst could have been avoided.

Perhaps it may be worth considering customer service training for particular staff members - just saying.

Woolworth is a lovely @ friendly place to shop staff are always looking to help very pleasant to customers and you always feel good after when you leave the store

Average customer service experience. Lots of out of stock items and very busy focus on online orders in store.

You can find mostly what you see on catalogue but recently not everything is available, maybe because of recent shortage of everything. Overall reliable store to buy your shopping list.

Was nice enough.
Too many staff clogging up the aisles because they were all restocking at the same time, had too many cages out in the way and were just moving boxes around on the floor right in the way of where shoppers needed to be. Could be quite unsafe as was tripping hazard everywhere. ️
And this was only just after 7pm on a Friday.

I always preferred it to Coles but I've boycotted it since they forced all their staff to get jabbed. Disgusting behavior.

Has all you need. Maybe not all the flavors you want and may be missing some of your favorite items from time to time. But overall is good for prices and variety of items you need.

Wouldn't sell me any squid as it was frozen and had to be defrosted first, unless I bought the whole box 5kg that was frozen. Go figure

I like to review there goods.
However IGA Foodland always the best.
They provide South Australian with jobs.

Tried calling them multiple time, but no luck, i just wanted to inform that we were in store for 2-3 hours, did whole heap of shopping there and used self checkout, next day we found out we are Covid19 positive, and many people who has been in touch with us have also been infected, but woolies dont seems to care. Also i was on Chat with one of their employees to inform them but thdy simply ignored it

Great shop to buy all your prep meals, lundary equipment, your dog food and many more. Wooli wooli, the best of all!

I love Woolworths and have just moved to Prospect and love the store and the products, they are in the same place as the previous Woolworths I used to go to. The staff are very helpful and the store is very clean. They wipe down the surfaces between customers

Same products as any other woolworths but the customer service is terrible. It's better if you do the self-checkout.
