Woolworths Findon reviews
49Poor people are working there without any sense I saw they are doing slots of wastage by broking glass bottles of soft drinks and oil as well they are really very bad
Great customer service and very friendly staff. With the exception of one checkout operator - she really needs to stop eating those sour lemons.
Up there with drakes foodland as the worst supermarket in the western suburbs, Coles only afew steps up.
My favourite Woolworths by far, everything is well laid out and the staff have always been friendly
Disgusting, too many items with no prices. Told a manager and guess what the reason is for no tickets in front of items, yep you got it, Covid. They really have to stop using this excuse. Tickets should be up by Tuesday, it's now Thursday. Just really slack store.
When we lived in Findon this was our go to. I was in the area today so did my shopping there. Everything I needed was in stock and shelves were mostly full.
What can I say? FAST, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE,
FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT and TOTALLY WICKED staff! Shelves are always full and on the off chance that what you are after is not there, simply ask and the staff will go find it for you! WOULDN'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
Basic products like bread, milk (home brand) shelves are empty so buy expensive brands and also half price product run out of stocks.didn't like the arrangements of products ice creams and cake section opposite to cleaning products
I had an online order that was delivered Saturday that unfortunately was missing my fridge items, such as meat, butter, sour cream etc. After contacting a few places to try to find out what happened, as well as trying the online, robot, help thats available. I was told I would be offered a refund, which whilst great, didn’t help me get my missing items, which were greatly needed. I’m immune compromised and it was the Sunday of a long weekend. I couldn’t go out, I couldn’t get another delivery window and I didn’t have help until Wednesday at the earliest. Then I got through to a wonderful gentleman, working online orders, named Ryan. He listened to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. I hope he knows just how much I appreciate it. I understand errors happen and sometimes there is nothing that can be done. So whilst I was very frustrated by not getting my full delivery, thanks to Ryan this is a five star review. Kindness of others can help turn bad situations good. Thanks again.
Large store, has a good variety. Parking is a bit nuts, some bad drivers, but I've seen worse. The carpark needs better signage.
Went to woolworths and very polite man Gargan in self service helped me and was very kind, and helpful. The service was Excellent.
One rude checkout operatoris why I am giving no stars, I have shopped here for 20 years and have never been so insulted and spoken to so rudely. If she worked in my dhop she would have been fired.
I had to put a star so I could post review
Typical Woolworths Supermarket with wide aisles and well stocked shelves.
Some food prices are a bit high
I felt uncomfortable today after an experience I had in store when I asked an employee if I could grab a packet of ham that was unfortunately located behind her while she was unloading a large cage full of stock that was next to her. I asked as politely as possible as it was obviously an inconvenience for both of us and I didn't want to stand around awkwardly as she had not yet noticed me waiting. After getting the ham I continued to finish the rest of my shopping when I realised I had forgotten yoghurt that was located back in the same isle as the ham. As I was making my way back down the isle I heard the employee (the same employee from earlier) talking to another employee about how silly I was for asking her if I could get the item that I needed. She seemed to have the opinion that I should have waited around for her to finish unloading the stock. I was unsure of what else I should've done in the situation other than directly ask for the item that I needed. The reason for this review is, I don't think any customer should hear an employee's negative opinion of them and I sincerely hope no customers are treated this way in the future.
The staff here are helpful, I know where everything is. Dissapointed Woolworths are going along with forced jabs though. Pathetic
Ran out of milk. Waited 5 minutes to be served at deli ever one unpacking boxes. Customer service is discusting. Back in my Wollie's days would have been trouble.
Everything is on special and great low prices too. The reason I’m giving a four star not five was because when we go to checking up the guy that served us took for ever and I’m patience but this guy was packing it like everything was egg cartons.
I'm a woolies fan. The staff here are friendly amd helpful however there is less variety than some other stores, in fact all woolies west of the city don't seem to have as much.
My issue here is with the organic produce, their prices hardly shift but the quality well, I have picked up mouldy organic produce so many times and it's basically completely spoiled before they put a reduced sticker on it.
For example, broccoli was $8, now $6 for 500g BUT it's covered in mould. $16 a kilo for unusable broccoli. They would rather produce in the bin than on a plate.
Firstly, GREAT staff. Very helpful and friendly. Of course, I have problems with corporate monopolies and issues with wages theft, though, regular discounts are a bonus to my budget bottom line and THE STAFF practically makes up for all other reservations and moral dilemmas. Been shopping there for so many years there are always smiles and occasional waves exchanged. Clean, spacious, and convenient.
The security guard who obviously profiled, followed me around the entire shop, then glared at me as I checked out?
Can drink my toilet water.
Very rude lady who served us,
One must leave if they are not happy what they supposed to do.
