Woolworths Caltex Elizabeth

My regular pit stop to give my thirsty car a drink. Service People always happy and cheerful, makes my money burn more a delight

Pumps well set out. Shop was small but tidy and organised. Used petrolspy app to check price and it was cheapest in area and correct. Used RAA card to get further discount. Country person able to take advantage of cheap, city fuel.

Clean, friendly and tidy. Sadly subject to the same price gouging as all other outlets set from the same remote ivory tower.

Slightly bigger than some others so there's a few more things inside that you can buy. Also has a detached automatic car wash (which cleaned my car better than I expected), and a couple of self washing bays as well.

Convenient to enter from main north road or just off it. If coming from Elizabeth shopping centre, turn into the car park for medical centre as there's a driveway between that and ampol which connects them.

This servo tends to hold the low point of the fuel price cycle longer than most. It also accepts the Woolworths Rewards and RAA cards for a 4c per litre discount.

Good for lower priced petrol, staff always friendly biggest problem is the size of the station and number of pumps as you sometimes end up queuing up right round the corner as a lot of people use it.worth it for petrol that can be 10c cheaper per litre than others

Was my second only visit in over 12 months. The first for convenience, the second for the 8 cents discount on fuel as an RAA member/rewards card holder. (That discount ended last weekend). A fuel outlet conveniently located in close proximity to the large business complex at Elizabeth as one of many now appearing in the area!

Staff are always friendly and they seem to keep the prices lower a bit longer than the other fuel stations near by.

People are nice and easy going. The company though needs to reevaluate their gift cards policy for it really is too contradicting. When I presented my Caltex gift card, it wasn't accepted because they're a Woolworths Caltex, contradicting but understandable. So then I presented a Woolworths gift card and that wasn't accepted as it was specifically Woolworths.lol. See the contradiction? I understand C&R but it is the most inconvenient and tedious thing for a quick stop. Change the name or upgrade the C&R.

Went to this fuel station to obtain my rewards points.

I received them instantly, including a fuel discount voucher used, received my rewards discount.

The attendant was very nice. Very very happy. I know where I will be bringing my cars now.

Lovely young lady assisted me this morning over and above. I inadvertently left my wallet home when I went to a medical appointment at 0730 not thinking I'd need $$ but on way home thought I would fill-up. Duh put fuel in then went to pay. Embarrassed you bet lol.
I promptly went home and got the $$ to pay that wonderful genuine lady who put faith in me to return and square the account. Thank you again if you happen to read this - you'll know who you are

Great location.
Plenty of entries and exits.
Came for petrol and grabbed a few drinks and nibbles as well.
The fuel pumps are near new and work well. Greeted with a friendly smile and some casual chit-chat, which was nice.

Staff always very friendly
Petrol prices are usually pretty good also, one thing they could improve is there specials, there very below average compared to other servos

Staff member was friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had in regards to their potential name change in the future

Staff were too busy chatting to even say hello. Think the manager was giving instructions or something to the other staff member but should have stopped talking and given his attention to the customer in my opinion. Lead by example Mr Manager. One customer lost because of that.

I always go here for fuel and every time I receive excellent customer service. They are always friendly and fast.

Downloaded the Caltex fuel app for live fuel prices at their servos. Can be a little busy when fuel is a respectable price like anywhere. Staff are always friendly and aren’t robots as far as any conversation goes.

Tried to get diesel but all diesel pumps that I need to use are out of order. Has been this way for weeks. Really need to get the grating around them fixed as it's getting ridiculous

Staff are friendly but prices in store are high and they won't give you the price of petrol over the phone, so you can't compare with other service stations in the area, there lost, I won't be driving there to check the price of petrol.
