Woolworths Blakes Crossing

I always love shopping here, I know where everything is on the shelves so makes for a quick in get whats needed & get out. They don't have alot of checkouts open only downside so sometimes there is a wait to get through. It is a popular store so they should have a few more checkouts open. Other than that a great store plenty of your christmas needs available right in store.

The deli is probably the worst I've seen. Basically nothing to look at or buy, go to OTR, they have more on offer!

I like to start my reviews off positively. In this case here, I am glad to advise that the food was sufficient for what I would consider the environment to set.

Sadly, I regret to disclose that this is as about as far as I would consider the experience positive. While this evening's food was sufficient, we found the service to be absurd at best. After just ordering our food and sitting down, the service staff was immediately intent on providing us with our pancakes. After denying this and recieving our adequate food, we were prompted for our pancakes again. This time gladly accepting of our floury delight slathered in cream and syrup, we were asked to present our reciepts, only to find out that 2 of our meals supposedly did not include pancakes.

This was resovled by sternly asking the service staff member to check the menu. Upon this correction, only 3 of our 4 pancakes were delivered. Fate this time preventing our last comrade from their fried floury delight. This was seemingly due to the fact that our receipt was misread as one pancake instead of two.

After asking the service staff about reviewing this, we found somehow that not one, not two, not four, but three pancakes being provided to us. Confused by this ordeal, another table intervened explaining that they belonged to them.

Due to the fact that this review has already reached five paragraphs, I will endeavour to continue this review.

Finally, at long last, our final pancake has arrived, but this ordeal is still not over, as we had to resort to eating like cavemen, as during the commotion, cutlery was failed to be provided.

I'm not sure how to feel about this evening, I feel as if I have missed so much, but I can't decide whether or not to laugh at the absurdity of tonight's service or to feel disappointed.

All this, over a few pancakes. I honestly don't think we have had to work so hard before for these pancakes.

I really like this Woolies at Blake's Crossing has a good range of items fresh food good bargain which I'm all about, Great cooked Chickens and a look arge variety of salads, always get what I'm looking for except Airfryer parchment paper couldn't find that, had to buy on line but good buy from Amazon which I can pick up at the Newsagency here. Plenty of undercover parking and Wheelchair friendly.
Really love this place.

Fresh produce, stocked shelves, variety of choices, well laid out, clean store and friendly helpful staff. I have a few woolworths around me but this is my favourite one to go to

This Woolworths is by far the best the staff are amazing they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their store, the store is clean and tidy and well organised

Always lovely to shop their no problem getting stock except now No fault of the people just some customers being mental with this lockdown. Staff are friendly polite and helpful and dressed well shelves always well stocked Shop clean and tidy which I appreciate as I lose balance and fall occasionally

Had the "fresh food people" deliver rotten fruit/vegies while i was in iso wth covid. Then refused to listen when I tried to complain my food was off.

Not the fresh food people at all! Vegetables that don't last, artisan breads that aren't always fresh, hot cross buns that aren't fresh, cake that has been frozen. This all a regular occurrence.

Maps has asked me to update my experience by asking if there is any change. My answer is threefold,
1. No, the shop is still there.
2. Yes, prices have hiked.
3. Maps is stating to p*** me off asking dumb questions.

Good store, good produce, friendly people.

Amazing. Great service and could easily find the products I wanted at the Blakeview and Munno Para store.

I love this woolies, never too busy, you can always get a park. The staff are always HAPPY to help you.

The staff are lovely and the store is designed well. Only downside are Se of. The shoppers, all in so much of a rush that manners all respect towards others is tossed out the window. People need to slow down and live in the moment.

Wonderful bought all the things I needed and found them easy so no time wasted as I was in a hurry.

Usually kept fully stocked, staff are friendly and helpful. Often very busy. Parking to get in can be tedious.

2 weeks in row not hot chickens at 1 o'clock. Also not had any several times in the evening. Otherwise ok

Clean, friendly staff. Currently re-arranging shelves which makes it difficult th to find items

Tried for an hour for someone to answer the phone, when I finally got through and told them, she laughed!
I couldn't make a pick-up (Covid test results), unable to get it done on-line so last resort was call the store, waste of time.
JADE- Rude, dismissive and a tone that is provokes the same in kind. This is exactly what she's trying for so she can hang-up on you as soon as you start to get irritated. Worst Customer service ever!
With the exception of McDonalds and Telstra of course.

Well stocked. Had Ooshies when others didn't lol. Fresh foods. Good service. Good hours.
