Woolworths Arkaba reviews
41Tried to order a cake.referred back and forth between bakery and customer service desk. Customer service didn't seem to know which department supervisors were working and who was responsible.
Jayantti is awesome on self serve. She has mastered the art of being kind while keeping a watchful eye. Thankyou Lovely, helpful lady.
I couldnt sleep the last week its been playing on my mind on tuesday 29 aug after lunch i was waiting to be served at express, a rude elderly lady was being served by a new staff person. The lady began to get angry at the young girl i could see her getting anxious and making mistakes. A mature female approached and asked the lady to be patient and not to be rude at her worker because this was the first time the young lass was on tills. She became agressive when the mature lady said thankyou for your patience and understanding.
I heard the elderly lady state a racist comment your one of those black lovers due to a indigenous sticker she had on her. I could see tears in the lovely ladies eyes, that i appolgied on behalf of a narrow minded person.
Great staff and service keep up the great work
Pretty bad experience in this store. Because of the road works, I spent nearly half hour to driven from city to the shop. It’s nearly 20: 48. The “security guy“ (which he told us) already locked both side doors. And he told us it’s already closed. Even more ridiculous, one of the staff has been locked out with us for another 7 minutes. Finally we been told to pick up only one product and get inside with that guy, but quickly been expelled by the other staffs.
Bought 2 pack of Gummy shark fillet 200g.when I opened it to cook on the same day the stinky ammonia smell took over the whole kitchen it was so stinky the fish.
It is already so inconvenient and no dinner.but Jonnie made it worst.
Jonnie made unpleasant and difficult the refund process.
Told me to not glare at her then she accused that I changed my story. Never had such an experience in the last 20 years in Woolies.
Woolies is Woolies however the staff make or break a visit or experience. Today at this store as on numerous previous visits the staff at the customer service desk have been dismissive, rude, lacking basic manners and have zero customer service skills with all customers at the time of our visits. The management need to address these concerns particularly demonstrated by two of the female staff with names beginning with L and Z. We will now shop elsewhere and might move away from Woolies all together.
This shop is now a very unpleasant place to shop with the horrible music which is way too loud. I don’t know how the staff can stand it for hours on end. Will be changing supermarkets if this doesn’t get fixed.
I will never understand why you have one checkout open, then at the self serve a group of stafc standing around chatting.
Blows my mind.
Every night.
Just go to Frewville Foodland, staff dont know enough about products because they get replaced so often. Not their fault really, just classic big company issues.
Good clean supermarket, shelves mostly kept full because they seem to have people keeping them stocked in the daytime, blocking the aisles. Guess they have to restock sometime.
Excellent place to shopping great range of goods to choose from the staff are great do great job if you need some help
I always like yo pop in to Woolworths here as I seem to find all the stuff I looking for. There are number of different shop here as well to look and then finally you can have a nice coffee at the cafe shop to relax for a moment.
Quite literally the slowest Deli service I've ever come across, two days in a row I've waited for essentially no reason (talking to each other isn't a reason to hold your customers up)
Handy at end of freeway for fresh stuff if visiting hospital.flowers, plants, cards, chocolate, fruit, cake etc
Best Woolworths in Adelaide. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the organisation of the store was just great.
Absolutely terrible.
The products were rotten, the quality absurdly bad, and the service terrible. This woman called Jane called me the n-word when I asked her to show me the nectarines
Very dissapointing.
I definitely will not be coming back
Vegetables not fresh, limited range of lots of items, one really annoying cashier who thinks it's appropriate to spout his conspiracy theories to customers. Only go there if I dont have time to go elsewhere.
I never wait in line here because they are so quick to open an extra checkout. The aisles are wide, staff friendly and prices are good.
Very nice store. Has most of what I need. A good range. It has gluten free and lactose free products.
There was a young guy who was unpacking boxes down the personal care isle, he saw me struggling with a number of items and kindly offered to get me a basket. That made such a difference to my day and I miss that old school service. I asked that the feedback be passed onto the manager, I hope it was as the girl at the counter eye-rolled when I asked. Thank you to the young man!
