Woodhouse Activity Centre reviews
33Have been here a few times for various things. Went for the disc golf this time. It's a good beginner course and discs can be borrowed with a deposit only. It's quite wet in winter so bring your boots.
This was soo good. Been there for a school camp and a diabetes camp aswell. Both were as fun as each other.
My son went here with the school oshc and a great time. They did challenge Hill and the labyrinth well worth the visit with the kids
Brilliant facilities for day visitors parents and youth. Lots to do.longest dry hill slide in the southern hemisphere, Frisbee golf, giant swing, Challenge hill.climbing ropes, long slide, mouse trap, rope swings across the creek.need to visit or camp for a few days.
Great place for families and kids. Heaps of activities. Camping is great here. Amenities are good. Can get quite busy.
Such a nice place for day picnic or for camping and so much adult and children can do. Got hotplates, electric points and toilet and shower facilities and shaded common areas to eat and relax.
Loved camping and day picnic@ Woodhouse.
Great day out with the kiddies to enjoy nature and outdoor activities, worth it!
Great picnic areas, beautiful pine tree forest.
Toilet facilities are clean, loved the labyrinth.
Challenge is is great the only down fall I would point out is that really needs some maintenace on some equipment.
Beautiful and adventurous place to have fun with kids. Place is also for young people to do obstacles and enjoy on fun slide.
Must go place atleast once. You can drive car in and park near to activity centres. Lot of covered rest areas. Only drawback is no food or water kiosk inside the venue. Carry your drinks and food with you.
Amazing weekend of family fun, adventure, beautiful setting and woodland camping. Great value. Fire pits are available throughout (in season). Tube slides, adventure course and labyrinth all kept us busy and happily tired at the end of the day.
Incredible. Value for Money. A great day outing. My son loved it so did I. Obstacle Course was brilliant.
A great place to have a fun filled outing with family and friends. Its a one stop shop for fun activities from tube sliding, bouldering, basket ball, obstacle racing, river crossing and many more. You could also camp on-site and set up a nice Aussie BBQ. And all this is just for $18 per person.
It’s one of the more expensive camp options but excellent facilities, free firewood and plenty of well maintained activities for kids. You definitely get what you pay for so there are no complaints about the price.
Not bad, would be a good adventure for young children. I'm 23 & my partner 25 and we went for the day just because and it kept us amused for a few hours.
So many activities. Big area. My kids love it and camp here for 3 times. Yet not far from Adelaide.
Great fun for the kids and young at heart, challenge hill probably better suited to kids over 5 but was fun for the whole family. Staff friendly and helpfull
Great place to camp with the kids! We went when the weather was cold and it was spitting but we still had a blast. Definitely worth while going
It was busy and parking at main entrance today saw a few cars hit each other because there was only one way in and out of a one way carpark.
Then driving around in the pak, cars are going in both directions and the roads have no where to pull off if a car is coming the oposite direction.
Kids had fun.
Great spot for a day out with the kids. Will certainly test your fitness. Some great challenges. I suggest getting there before 4pm if you want to go on the new slides.
It's a great place and our kids loved it. Could make a few improvements to the office and car park to make getting in easier but a good day out in the fresh air. Definitely take a towel and spare clothes if your kids are more adventurous.
