Women's Health Plus - Dr Hanan Maghazaji

Had my first appointment with Dr Hanan Maghazaji today. I felt so comfortable and left confident that Dr Maghazaji is the right person to help me with my medical condition.

Dr Maghazaji is caring, understanding, nurturing and explains all options available. The whole team at Women's Health Plus are brilliant.

It is a great place to visit for all women"s needs. Great doctors, courteous and helpful receptionists, they make a person feel respected and comfortable.

I love this clinic. The staff are professional, helpful and Dr Choo Ky is one of the most professional, attentive doctors I have ever met. I could not recommend her enough.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The girls at reception are beyond lovely and its a very clean and modern environment. I was shocked at how amazing and efficient Dr Maghazaji was. She asked me questions i had never been asked before and was incredibly knowledgeable. I am so happy i have found an amazing gyno, thank you to all the staff for being super helpful and lovely.

High professionalism with amazing caring staff. The girls in the front office are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Hanan is such a wonderful caring doctor. She does everything to relieve the pain. I highly recommend this clinic.

Waited 3 months to get an appointment here, lets just say that if you want adequate medical and professional help I would fully suggest going somewhere else.
The form to fill out online 'Before' seemed unnecessary and very confusing.
The nurse was very blunt and rude, this reflects poorly as the first face of the practice.
Dr Hanan was also very unhelpful suggesting that I did not have this medical condition that was told to me by doctors at a hospital and suggested instead taking oral contraceptives saying that it was problems experienced during my ovulation even though she had not consulted me about any of this or even looked at any of the X-Rays.
I didn't get any observation as I would have experienced going into a regular gynecologists'.

Distasteful promotions of body enhancement in the waiting room could be detrimental to women/people.

I did NOT feel welcome there.

Should be called 'Cosmetic enhancements, with a little bit of gynecology on the side'.

Medical advice seems sound but can certainly lift in terms of communicating current and anticpated delays.
Think waiting 45 minutes is reasonable with zero communication

One of the most caring, thorough and dedicated doctors I've come across. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Always get exceptional service from staff.
