12 Would have given 5 stars for food if rice wasn't a little burned
As for the atmosphere, it's a service station
Ordered uber and none of our requests were listened too. My husband ordered no vegetables and every meal had them. I ordered and paid for extra Bok Choy and didn't receive it and my daughter asked for no chicken, there was chicken in every box.
Very disappointed!
The driver was friendly though
Food was good but had a wait a while as only one guy doing everything on his own. Would be nice if someone helped him.
Everything was still out, they haven't even packed up the ingredients or done any cleaning so I ask to order, it was 9.47pm and they told me they're closed. I asked, what time do you close and she said 10pm and looked at me blankly. Guess they just didn't feel like cooking. ️
I order combination noodles soup and every time it’s never the same all I want is consistent soup the same colour and taste with the ingredients that should be in it
Today I got one with next to no taste and no prawn’s and I’m asked if I want more flavour in it, don’t you have a recipe that everyone follows
Need to train people better or ones that can follow a recipes not happy wokinabox
Currently sick with food poisoning because of this place.
To boot it took 20 minutes for them to make my food and had tech issues with tap n' pay on my phone.
I have had fantastic experiences here before but tonight my food was wrong. They argued with me about whether or not my allergen food (prawns) was in my food even though it was right infront of them and they weren't going to recook my meal until I refused to leave because I didn't spend $60 for my food to be wrong
We reached the store at 9.38 pm on 30th March, 2022. We were about to order when we were told by the lady behind the counter that she can't serve us as she has to clean up the store and wind up by 10.
We are regulars at this store and are never denied service whatsoever. We even tried telling her that the business hours show that you guys are open and we should be served but she bluntly denied service!
Extremely aggravated by poor customer service, improper treatment and pathetic excuses!
I don't recommend going to this store!
One star is actually too much. You are better of having instant noodle. The pepsi was the only item consumable from my order. Absolutely shameful.
I’ve had such good food here before but this time they put way too much soy sauce.like so much to the point i couldn’t eat it
Disappointed is an understatement. Partner and I ordered Mongolian beef and honey chicken, took over an hour for it to be prepared, and received only one of the meals we asked for. The second was what I presume to be Mongolian chicken. We are not happy and will not be ordering again.
Absolutely trash. Never again.
Found metal in my meal from the wire brush they use to clean the woks, crunched my teeth on it.
The sweet and sour pork was way overcooked and its like they use 90% batter to 10% pork ratio.
On top of that they fill the bowl up half way with rice, so you pay nearly 16$ for some battered pork and rice. WOW.
Don't even get me started on the amount of veggies.
