Wokinabox Port Augusta

We had a delicious meal the other day with friends which was made by chef Hendrick. Customer service was excellent.

The manager/counter man was so pleasant he put a smile on the face of our whole group. The food is very good- I am vegetarian and getting a filling meal for a good price

2nd visit had amazing food. Ordered crispy chkn + egg fried noodles, chef Hendricks never ceases to amaze with his making style. Delicious

We stopped to fuel up and ordered some noodles. We had the Pad See Ew, it was cooked fast and it was delicious. The person who served us was really nice and helped us accommodate our special dietary requests. We'd definitely stop again.

We were 4 on a group and we ordered fried rice for dine-in. The flavors and the ingredients that goes along with it were good. However, the rice felt a bit undercooked and could probably need another 5 minutes in the cooker. Maybe it just so happen during our stop-over, but we wished for that part to be improved the next time we stop here.

Food was lovely and service was great! The chef was so kind and accommodating. I just felt bad for the poor chef having to cook and serve, whilst customers were waiting over 15 mins to order. Should have more staff

I was a bit nervous eating here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly cooked and tasted great. The girl serving was very polite and efficient. Price was good too. Will definitely eat here again if in the area.

The worst Wokinobox meal ever, never ever go this place the worst served meal. They dont know how to cook.

I ordered a Nasi goreng. Very salty and the fried rice taste good. So I ordered another one fried rice, it taste veryyyyyy salty as well. I think salt is free for them, that’s why they put so much salt. I think they should choose another staff with better service. I have to throw away my food

Waited 15 mins at the counter before anyone came out to the counter. When I started my order I was told that he couldn’t make my meal as there was no sauce. Then I asked about my daughters meal, which contained rice, and was told couldn’t do it as there was no rice and we would have to wait at least 1/2 hr. Last time I went there they also didn’t have the ingredients for the dish I wanted. Seriously get your stuff together!

Food was great. Service was great. A customer took my meal and the lovely guy that manages the place made up for it even though it was not his fault. Highly recommended

Terrible customer service, terrible food, and terrible waiting times as I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. When I finally got my food I asked for cutlery and he's reply was "WAIT! "I then opened my food and the smell wreaked! Spent $60 and I had to throw it away as I feared for my health. I would rate this minus if I could but 1 star will have to do. Utter garbage.

Waited half an hour for our meals. The gentleman working behind the counters body language was "I don't want to be here". When we received our food it smelt off. We tried it and literally had to throw it out as our smell did not lie - the food was literally off. Definitely go elsewhere to get something to eat.

1st time visiting Wokinabox, and will definitely be our last.
After we were told there were no utensils to eat our lunch, we had to go and buy them from the shop
Our order took ages to prepare and when we finally got it, the Special Fried Rice was dry and tasted awful, the Sweet n Sour Pork was dry and tasted discusting, very disappointing and decided Hungry Jack's it was
Sorry but no future business from us.

Waited an 15 minutes to be served then an hour wait for 2 regular boxes, then got food poisoning. Not worth it

Pathatic service. The manager thru the pen after writing the order. Very rudely spoke to us. Only gave us one spoon with large wok and when asked for an extra spoon they very rudely and loudly said NO. Appearantly she was the manager in charge of the station. OTR spends a lot of money, but the staff let them down. Would not recomend at all.

Wasn’t even a customer, but lady gave our blue heeler some chicken nuggets and plenty of water. Very thankful

Rude staff at Port Augusta store and arrogant asked for seafood mee goreng no chilli no spicy sauce got the oposite and staff member after asking for a full refund became very arrogant arguementative and vulgarily rude
