Went to Croydon store on 7/1/23 at 9: 15pm to get Hot and Spicy. A guy approached and said that he has already packed the stuffs so might not get what I want as shop closing time was at 10pm. Then I ordered Hot and Spicy with just chicken and asked him to change the Noodles to Hokkein insted of regular Noodle but he told me he can't do it as it is a company policy and he has to submit the report of noodles to the area manager. I even asked him to pay extra for the noodles but he refused saying that I can't charge and can't do it at all with a rudness attitude. He didn't care about the customer service at all. He didn't even approach other options and when I told him that's allright then I will visit another shop. He just said ok. I won't recommed this place at all. Had a worst customer service ever,

I order food before 20 mins and came to pick up but the only person in the restaurant doesn’t know about the order and start cooking as I reach there. What a care free staffs.

On 25/10/2023 around 9: 30 pm. I went there to have pad Thai noodle. There was nobody in front desk to take my order. I was keep calling staffs for 5 minutes and one staff finally show up. I feel like he was hiding from me. I said to him that I was keep calling for staff to take my order. He didn’t even say any word. Then he took my order and I told him to make spicy pad Thai noodle. While he was taking my order I feel like he doesn’t have any customer service at all and he don’t even know how to cook. After he took my order I went to seat on chair. Just within 2 minutes my order was ready. I knew that food wouldn’t be good and I’m 100% sure he made the food worst intentionally. When I tried pad Thai. It was the worst pad Thai I ever had. All noodles broken, No flavour, disaster taste. Not enough spicy. If I can, I will give zero star to cook and his customer service. I’ve attached photo down below. Thank you.

Went in on the 21/10/23 around 5.30pm, the young person serving was on his ear phone talking to his friend obviously and was not friendly at all…seems like he couldn’t be bothered serving, very disappointing, they shouldn’t be allowed to use those earphone while at work! And must teach them proper customer service.

I went in this shop 3 nights ago I bought an small box with chicken but I didn’t get any chicken so I came back last night and I asked to the guy if he can give me a bit more of chicken in box of “ chicken” and he just said I have to pay $3.5 haha so please don’t write in the ingredients chicken because doesn’t come with chicken

Doesn't deserve one star because I was refused service. Drove 20 minutes to find out she has three meals to make and refused to serve me as she wouldn't have enough time there was over 20 minutes until closing time and got refused as another table of people had just order. Ridiculous, there was twenty minutes until closing you stay until the orders are complete when you work in food. She wasn't sympathetic at all was quite rude about the situation. Turned around to see that subway was counting their till and refused service there as well again with 20 minutes with the kitchen supposed to be open you do not turn away customers or close. Horrible experience get workers that know what their doing!

Dry tasteless overpriced, zero personal service. Had Thai beef and broccoli.didn't find more than a tiny piece of broccoli?

Staff member clearly didn't want to do any work and was almost not speaking to us when we tried to order.
Took forever to receive our order. And staff moped around without any sense of purpose

Lazy staff that seem they dont want to be there (but want to be paid)
also i ordered a pad thai and took home only to find it was PLAIN NOODLES with NO INGREDIENTS, very disappointed

I came there on 29th August, at about 12pm. Extremely unfriendly woman was there! Looks like she didn't want to serve anyone at all! I will never come back to this place!

Extremely rude staff! Will never go back again. The staff name tag read ‘Payal’. Ignored me for 5 mins and when the food was ready just pushed it away! Not even a smile on her face! You guys shouldn't hire staff like this! Its depressing!
