Visiting family in Australia so we visit the store, nice store overpowering staff like to have a good look around before choosing items. Spent quite abit of money for my new kitchen back home very happy.

Amazing store with so much variety. Friendly helpful staff. This was my first visit, but, I will definitely be back.

Lot's of goodies to look at, we purchased 2 leather lounges with recliners very nice lazboy.

Purchased a havannah round dining table and four high backed fully upholstered dining chairs two years ago. In that time I’ve had to take back all four dining chairs twice for repairs navies the springs in the seat keep dislodging from their housing, and pierce through the underside of the chairs. I now have the same issue again on one chair and on another the cross member support between the chair legs has come out. On top of that my wife and I decided to rearrange the dining room. We both grabbed a side of the table to lift it and move it. We were like oh wow this table is easy to move. Until we realised the table top had completely separated from the central leg column. We contacted wohlers 5 weeks ago about it as it’s still under warranty. Have had only 1 response which was ‘please send photos’ I have now contacted ACCC and the Ombudsman for help. If your planning to buy furniture from Wohlers DONT, as once you have it home they won’t help you if you have any faults.

Staff very attentive, store a bit overwhelming, difficult to navigate if your disabled or in a wheelchair. Sadly quite pricey.

Wonderful shop. For personal items, furniture, bedding and special gifts no better.
Great meals and coffee too.

N o t just furniture either.kitchen ware, clothes, pots. Lovely selection for Christmas presents with a huge range of prices for any budget.

Very disappointed with the service received from Dianne at Mt Barker store.
My mother purchased a lift chair for my father who was going into a high care facility. Ordered on Wednesday and promised a "new" chair would be delivered to store on Friday ready for us to pick up and have in time for Dad to use. Mum was also offered a $250 travel voucher with the purchase, but Dianne said probably best not to use it now, and that they would remind her in 6 months time, and she had 12 months to use it. Not really the right time to be offering a travel voucher to an 82yo woman, when clearly travel is not an option and won't be for some time.
Upon arriving on Friday we were told that the "new" stock was not delivered as instructed and our only option was to either wait until the next Friday or take the floor stock. We had no choice and had to take the floor stock. Asking for further discount due to floor stock was rejected. We reluctantly accepted the floor stock.the leather care pack was also not available at time of pickup, so we need to return to get that at some stage too. (even though you seemed to have plenty of that available in stock, but we still have to wait for that to come from your warehouse too).
My father was rushed to hospital, passed away the following Saturday and we never even got to set up the chair for him, and wasn't even used. I rang the store to ask if they would be compassionate in this situation and accept a return and refund as the chair was no longer required.
Dianne said they don't accept returns, which their return policy was never explained to us in anyway. Dianne said we could change it over for another item of Mum's choice. Well I'm sorry Dianne, my father has just passed away and you say Mum can come back and furniture shop for something else, or she can keep the chair for herself. Well Mum doesn't want any other items of furniture, she also doesn't want to keep the chair as a constant reminder that it was meant for her husband! She also doesn't need the chair, it was Dad that needed it! Dianne said she would double check with her manager, who also said NO, they wouldn't accept a return.
In all I think your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, Dianne certainly could have put a smile on her face when dealing with us, she really wasn't a very warming person at all. Considering the circumstances, and your error in not having the original order available when promised, and the fact we still need to return to pick up the leather care pack, we are stuck with a chair that we don't want. Dianne reminded us that it was 11 days past their return policy anyway, even though it was only 8,1 day past. Wow!
We certainly won't be shopping with you again, once bitten twice shy. It's customer service that attracts people back, but unfortunately not in this case.
Thank you for your unwelcoming, unhelpful, apathetic, heartless decision to wipe your hands of a customer who just spent over $2000 with you. At least your happy and got what you wanted.you got your sale, congratulations.

Bought a couch from wholers and the cuagions have sagged and they wont do anything about it. I paid for extension warranty and they still wont fix it do not shop there staff are rude and will not help so buyer be ware dont shop there ever!

Whilst the shop has good stock, I found the staff overzealous in offering to help, even when I was on the phone someone was circling like a vulture. I prefer the Tanunda shop.

My wife and I went shopping for some KrisKringle gifts. The staff were friendly and helpful but also let us do our own thing. Offered assistance when asked. We found a number of suitable gifts.

Always enjoy visiting this store. Great giftware section with some great discounted prices on selected items. I often purchase gifts here for friends. There is a big selection of furniture, kitchenware and much much more. Free on site parking. Well worth a look. I was surprised by their range on my first visit.

1st time in the store. Excellent presentation. Staff friendly, courteous & extremely helpful. Bravo.
