Ordered a rose pixel 8 from them on 2nd February and the shipment has been delayed despite of multiple contact with the customer service team. They have been giving me mixed information about the colour of the product and whether it has been shipped or not. Almost two weeks after the order, i received a text message from them saying they have the colour rose and would offer me a partial refund of 30aud to make up for the inconveninece caused. I finally received the product on 19th February just to find out that it is still not the colour i ordered (they sent me black instead) and they have not offered me any compensation. Have reached to them for 10+ times but the issue was never resolved.
Extremely dissappointed, would not buy from them again and do not recommend at all.

Brought a Samsung watch 5 as a birthday/fathers day gift. Arrived promptly and is exactly as described. Looks brand new. Price was very good and I'm a very happy customer

New phone arrived super fast, in perfect condition. Really pleased I tried this company out. It was the best price I could find anywhere on the internet and I was a bit nervous, but they had PayPal so I just went for it. Glad I did. I'd recommend this to friends and family.

Very, very poor experience so far. Ordered a Google Pixel 4a OtterBox case. First problem, no confirmation of order being sent. Had to follow up, and was told it got missed but was now on the way. Second problem, delivery took 9 working days, FAQ stated 2-3 days. Followed up several times, and they had no idea where the order was. Eventually agreed to resend a replacement because it was deemed lost (one star for that). Third problem, the original delivery eventually arrived (late) and was a case for a Google Pixel 4a 5G, not the plain 4a. Might not sound like much, but these models are different sizes, and hence it didn't fit my phone. Nowhere in the description did it state this was a case for the 5G variant. Essentially selling items with false information.

Update No. 1: Agreed to send another replacement of the correct type, but insisting on me first returning the incorrect case. This turnaround will delay my delivery by at least another week. Poor customer service.

Apple Watch arrived very fast (even though I live in a regional area) and was in perfect condition. I even received a phone call after my package was delivered to make sure I was happy with the watch. Definitely 5-star service!

Brought a phone for Christmas for my child. Turned up with the motherboard not working. No refund was offered. They said they'd fix it. Did not happen

When you contact them you can catch them out they say your talking to Ryan at beginning of call. I ask there name for record at end of call and its something different.

A good reliable site. I purchased an iPad and an iPhone on separate occasions and both times the goods (brand new) arrived as described and promptly via express post.l have no doubt I will shop here again.

I've been using the same model for 4 years and prefer to stay with it. The new phone works exactly like the old one.

Phone arrived very quickly with follow up phone call from Wise to check all good. Very responsive. (There is a chance the phone is network locked - has Optus software/apps present? My carrier is an Optus reseller so not a big deal; Wise may have had it unlocked? 12 month Manufacturer warranty checks out okay.) Happy with the transaction and follow up, shipping and follow up.
