I recently rented a Specialized Turbo Levo Comp from WillRide, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the entire process a breeze. The bike itself, the Turbo Levo Comp, was a beast on the trails. WillRide exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend them enough for their top-notch service and equipment. Five stars all the way!

My mates and I had the best day riding at Fox Creek, riding the brand-new Specialized E Bikes.
The service was excellent. As we were from NSW & TAS and only there for one day. Another company that we originally booked with totally forgot our bikes. So we approached Will Ride. Not only they supplied us with excellent E bikes at late notice they also waited several hours for us to finish riding as they normally close the store.
Totally recommend Will Ride E Bikes to get the best experience at Fox Creek.

A little while ago I was very fortunate to work with the team at Will Ride to choose my first E-MTB.
They spent A LOT of time with me, I'm very aware of how much time I took deciding on the right bike.
I was blown away with the time and attention they took helping me, from test rides to component discussions, they understand that it's a significant investment and make sure you get exactly what you want.
After 1 million iterations we found the right bike for the job.
I can't thank Matt & Dave enough for the hours of conversations & rides not to mention the team that built the bike when all was said and done!

Friendly efficient very satisfied. Turned up late Saturday with a gearing issue. 15 minutes later on our way. Oh and they sell some beautiful bikes!

After a long and wet winter my Levo needed some repatriation and the team at Will Ride got things sorted, now off to Derby, thanks guys.

It's been over 4 years now and I have racked up over 25,000 km on my eBike. The guys at WillRide have been outstanding. Since my initial review, Will and the team have grown substantially and their service and support is second to none. I'm updating my review as I've just bought another eBike from Will Ride, a newer, lighter eBike and I am loving it.

My trusty old steed is still going strong and I'll use it in the winter but my new eBike, I plan on using as a training tool, to take my fitness further. I commute up and down Eagle on the Hill daily (630m elevation) and the eBike is perfect for getting me out and keeping active but not destroying me, so I can ride more often.

In buying my new eBike, the guys were great. They helped me with sizing, explained all the different options and walked me through all the features. Dave and the sales guys are very knowledgeable and yet modest and not pushy in the slightest. Daryl and Maple head up the service team and the guys have been great at getting me back out on the road quickly.

I couldn’t recommend a better place to go for a bike or help with anything bike related. The team are so helpful and welcoming. As a person who lives with a physical disability, coming into a new environment can be daunting but I was made to feel incredibly comfortable. I would like to thank the staff at Will Ride for fantastic service and support in finding and repairing the mystery ticking noise from my Specialised Kenevo. I think they went above and beyond in the service and repair and keeping me informed. I took the bike for a spin last night and it was like new.
