I can not speak highly enough of the assistance and support I've been given here.
When I went inside, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.
This facility is HUGE, stunning quilts are on display, great range of kits, fabrics, backings, threads. It's all there. Best of all, you are left free to wander without pressure but detailed assistance is given if wanted. I wasn't rushed.
Discovered this store recently and it's one that's really worth a look. Apart from the great range of fabrics and notions the staff are wonderful (helpful, good knowledge base, make you feel welcome in the store). Such a gem but don't be fooled by the outside - it's a bit like the TARDIS, bigger on the inside than the outside!
Excellent service and as soon as fabric was in stock, it was posted express delivery and arrived in rural Victoria the next day.
Beautiful shop, lovely range of tools and fabrics and a great service offered to match and then post a wide back to your quilt top if you send sample swatches.

Ordered a wideback online and the delivery was so prompt and efficient, it arrived before any of the other material from other companies. The prices are competitive and postage reasonable. After putting my quilt together, I realised the wideback I had selected was not appropriate at all. Brenda assisted me and I am so grateful for her help. I have purchased from this company 3 times using the online store and never had a problem. Highly recommend.
