Whyalla Curry House reviews
26We had eggs bennie and the full breakfast delivered this morning. Wow fast service, hot, mouth watering food, it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Thanku keep up the great work.
I had fish vindaloo, everybody else had butter chicken and were vomiting couple hours later
I don't comment so often. But this place is worth every penny.
I liked this food and believe this to be the best place than any Indian restaurant in Whyalla
.
We tried the veg biryani and it was ok, would definitely try and explore a few more things next time.
Indian food was so delicious and great customer service. The lunch menu is seriously lacking in vegetarian options. The nachos are 14 dollars for chips with melted cheese and a tomato sauce on them. That’s not a meal and no way should it cost that much! Throw some beans on them to make it a meal. Vegetarian food isn’t hard to do at all:)
Came in for breakfast
Reasonably priced and big portions
Friendly staff and was fond of the aesthetic
However stay away from the benedict- hollandaise sauce is not good
We came for breakfast. Lovely welcoming staff. Prompt service. Excellent coffee and bacon and eggs. Good prices. Highly recommended.
Just stopped here for a few milk shakes with the family. Friendly enough staff and reasonably priced. Worth another visit.
Pretty disappointed with the food. Couldn’t stab the lamb with my fork it was that tough, and the chicken tikka masala was full of oil. Was very pricey for the outcome we received. Lucky they’re customer service was great.
Had a nice cuppa very friendly staff great atmosphere very enjoyable I recommend this place
Just had hot chocolate, chips and gravy for lunch. Chips needed a bit more cooking. My mate had wedges that were not nice, they were chewy and small. The coating was too crumbly and the size were too small. Not good. Usually enjoy the meals here.
I just had carrot cake and coffee but both were just what I was after. My lunch buddy had the burger, said it was a great home made patty and yummy chips.
We were just driving through and stopped for lunch so happy we came here
Coming from Sydney and used to amazing international food, this restaurant really exceeded expectations! We went back both nights we stayed in town because it was delicious. Highly recommended - also for vegetarians, particularly the paneer butter masala, coconut rice and naan bread.
Staff very friendly and engaging. Coffee was great. Food hit the spot as well. The surrounding area is unfortunately very dated and very quite it is easy to miss out overlook this cafe. Be sure to keep an eye out for it!
Food is delicious. Good prices. Friendly faces. Family orientated. Prices are good. Very clean. Relaxing atmosphere by the beach.
Service was great and the staff friendly. Food was delightful and bought to the table while still hot. I thoroughly recommend the chicken schnitzel.
Absolutely beautiful food and they delivered to a caravan park which we were staying in on our travels, husband said it's the best Indian meal he's had in Australia and we've been here for 13 years and I'd agree with him.
Would highly recommend
We were looking for somewhere to eat when we stumbled across this Indian curry house. Small restaurant, very quiet. Easy parking in a good location. I ordered Palak Paneer and OMG it was the best I’ve ever had! The Mango Lassi was delicious also. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good quality Indian food.
Absolutely beautiful food could eat this all day so much flavour packed into their sauces! Beautiful n delicate flavours that pack a punch, I've tried most of the stuff on they're menu so far. Highly recommend Whyalla curry house 5 stars from us all the way!
After returning to the curry house numerous times in an effort to keep the local business afloat, we have had enough and we won't be returning again. The authenticity and quality of meals are of a low standard. This applies to all of the meals that we have bought. We were also over charged last night. Unfortunately, I have to say, do yourself a favour and visit Tandoori Guru!
