As always, Dr Barnard was highly professional and addressed all my needs effectively and efficiently.

I saw Dr Pant today and had a great appointment with her. She gave me information regarding my treatment for cancer, new scripts and advise regarding a covid booster. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate all of her hard work

Our family has been very happy with western Hospital GP over the last 10 years. We have tried couple of other GP practices closer to us, but doctors weren’t that good as Dr Campbell is. He listens and takes all your health issues seriously. He has great knowledge about kid’s health as well. We never take kids anywhere else. He saved our sons life when he was newborn. Other doctors didn’t see what the problem was with his health but dr Campbell knew straight away what was going on. Highly recommended!

I gave feedback to the hospital that was about trying to get an improvement with services to my ageing mother. After filling out 35 pages of documentation support for my mum.they failed to follow up when docs should be faxed.she has no gallery buzzer and nothing else after all the spent. To top it off her Dr. Sent her a letter about me i quiri g as to what hPpend with all that paper work? The Dr has now caused my mother distress and affected our relationship as Primary Carer. Is this professional? NO

Waited 1.5 hours to get in, got given a prescription that doesn't even exist, called back and they have been screwing me round for days with no reply

They'll bill you and cancel your appointment if you're upto 10 minutes late, but routinely make you wait an hour+ past your time and just shrug their shoulders. If you leave after that hour+, you risk being billed.

First covid jab? Went fine and all okay. Need to reschedule my second one due to unforeseen pain, trying to call and have been on hold for nearly 1 and a half hours.

No issues with service, reception staff are great and always do their best to fit you in
Massive problem with the way they operate as a business.
On multiple occasions I have had a sick child and no available Dr. They have infected eye or ear infection.
I get told to go to emergency which is why emergency is full.
If I do get an appointment I sit in a waiting room full of people getting recurring scripts filled. No
wonder there are no appointments, the practice is filling the booking sheets to guarantee they make their weekly expense bill.

Happy to take your money for no advice at all, except go see a specialist again. See you later that’s $79 thanks!

Had my first Covid vaccine here tonight. What a well oiled machine. Super organised. Everyone was really helpful and I was really impressed how well they worked together as a team. Doctors, nurses, practice manager and admin staff all worked together and all with such grace and a smile. Well done to this clinic. Rare to see a team like this and a culture like this. Extremely impressed. Definitely making this my GP clinic!

Dr John Campbell is a brilliant doctor and provided me the support I needed that I couldn’t get from other GP’s around Adelaide. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Very friendly reception staff too!

My mum went there after my brother passed away and was told her session would be cut short because the doctor had to pick up her dog. Appauling?

Used to be a nice, warm family practise, now its like a production line factory, impossible to get in on a whim if you are having a day off from work, a real sterile environment.

I have always had fantastic service and excellent advice here. The whole team go above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anybody.

Dr Ira Pant is the most rudest, arrogant gp I have ever met. I came in for a sinus infection and she ends up lecturing me on why I have not had a pap smear? ! She also told my 18 month old daughter off for crying. I usually see a brilliant GP here but he was booked out so I saw her. NEVER AGAIN
