Western Ridge Brewing reviews
23Great beers, friendly atmosphere and an all round relaxed vibe. A must stop if you love your small brews and want some good tips of where to go in the barossa!
Great beer, always a good song playing when i walk in, friendly guys who always love having a chat about their beer, a must visit
Dave is a phenomenal master brewer and all round great guy to chat to. Should definitely check it out. You have to try his sours!
Great constantly changing beers plus a few standards from a local brewing collective. You'll be served by one of the brewers in a cosy taproom.
Popped in today with our Weekenders Group. Always very welcoming and eager to share their love of, and knowledge of their craft
Dropped by on our way back to Adelaide and Alexi was a saint, explained the beers well and shared a great chat. A great spot to wet your whistle if you're passing by.
Absolutely brilliant brewery. This place is all about the beer not trying to be a dozen things at once
Awesome range on at any time, heavy focus on experimental and less 'common' styles but there's still something for everyone. They really care about what they are serving.
Have been a handful of times and wish I could get here often!
Great tasting beer, not normally big on craft beer but all the beers we had were very tasty and had good yarns with the barman.
A great little brewery that had a glorious western cowboy aesthetic. The brewer was super chatty and obviously passionate about their beers. Had a great time chatting and the drinks were great *chefs kiss*. I'm sure this new brewery will quickly become popular so some more outdoor seating is a must!
These beers are unreal. Forget the wineries and spend your fun points at this rad little brewery instead! We had the pleasure of a chat with one of the brewers and the knowledge and passion behind every brew blew me away. Get there, treat yourself
Brilliant. Such a wide array of very very good beers. The West is the best. Get there, and they'll do the rest.
This is what its all about. Passionate knowledgeable brewers without the restrictions of big business doing what they love. Regular new brews, that are often clever, surprising and enjoyable. Well worth a visit or ten.
If you like beer and supporting small business do yourself a favour and check these guys out. You won’t get a feed, but you will get a range of hand crafted beer that is way beyond ordinary.
A great little place to visit. Quality range of products, some fantastic and interesting tastes.
Grabbed a mixed 6 and a fancy. Have had 4 of the six and they all have minimal to zero carbonation. Flavors are there but a big let down with the bottling or canning process.
A hidden gem! Love the progressive tasting paddle. Great to be served by one of the brewers. Really relaxed atmosphere
We had such an amazing experience at Western Ridge. Not only were all the beverages absolutely delicious but the team have such a passion and incredible knowledge about their craft, it's infectious.
DEFINITELY worth a visit if you're in the Barossa; my husband (the non wine drinker) was ecstatic to have discovered such a gem on our adventures; thank you.
Great selection of carefully crafted brews from a group of talented artistans. An essential Barossa visit!
Checked this place out today. Really glad we did, ending with tasting the whole selection, lovely beers and something for everyone. Including my designated driver wife, the Mango Kombucha and Plum drinks were in her words sensational.
Was really nice to have a conversation while we were trying the beers and (I'm sorry I forget his name) the fella servicing us was more than happy to answer my questions and explaining the process behind the beers. Lovely bloke and I'm sure we could have continued all afternoon. Impressed with the level of knowledge and commitment to quality!
Great value for money, I tried all 10 beers, for 3-4 non alcoholic drinks and walked out with a 6 pack of beers and it came to $80ish.
Tip: try beer 7, no bitter feelings, you won't regret it.
