The elevators of this apartment are often repaired without any notice. I am often late for elevator repair.

Very new, modern Appartments. Community living at its best. It’s linked in same building as Avani apartments. Shared facilities dining area, library, cinema room, heated pool, steam & sauna room & an outdoor bbq dining area on the 7th floor - booking facilities need to be done via residents on Communitlink app though. Rooftop on 22nd offers a bar outside of COVID restrictions. Private secure parking for resident and offers street parking for visitors.
