2 hotdogs for $17. Dry bun, hardly any cheese, overcooked hotdog. Wendy’s used to be so good, not anymore

DISGUSTING! My boyfriend got a mega shake and dog meal, a $14 meal deal.he was asked multiple times what he ordered because the staff had forgotten.he was then given his shake, took one sip and a spat out a black beetle he had crunched on.he then went over and showed them and asked for another one as he wanted a shake.they then made him another one and gave him his hotdog, which he had asked for multiple times with cheese and didn’t get cheese on it.and to top it all off they changed him $17.50 instead of $12, which he noticed after as he was distracted while paying due to the constant questioning of what he was wanting.worst experience possible i don’t understand how they function and they need to clearly clean their place more! Super young staff too that clearly haven’t been trained properly!

Got a hot dog today round 11 30 am absolutely fantastic usually go to arndale Wendy's but stopped buying them as never great

I visited the store today at around lunch time.
I will have to give 5 stars for the young girl that was working there on her own with a line up of people. She did very well to serve and provide people with thier orders. However I don't agree with leaving a person to work on her own at such a busy time. It must have been very stressful for her.she is probably getting paid near to nothing to deal with that.not good wendy

APPALLING! Ice cream is re frozen tastes disgusting. Very Icey. No money back. No accountability. No customer service. Very Rude!

Closed 30min before the close time because they wanted to clean rather then serve customers. Very disappointed daughter.

Sometimes you have to wait but I really like this place and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and service is fast. A good range of things on the menu to suit any budget but high quality food. Also a good drink selection. It also has a really nice vibe, very chill and stress free.

Oh I’m surprised at these bad reviews, I love this Wendys! For me they’ve nailed it everytime. Thanks guys! ️️️

I have always loved a Wendy's hotdog, crispy spiked roll, smoky skinless viennasausages are exactly why I go back however the staff need some retraining on milkshake making and customer service.

The thick-headed I had no my last visit was overpowering and the last milkshake was barely flavoured. Disappointing

Ordered Ordered two flavoured milk shakes. Both tasted like milk. Not the first time. Thought I would give them a second chance. Certainly won’t be a third. $10 for two cups of milk.

We arrived and no one was at the counter and waited 15 minutes for a staff member to come back from the toilet after leaving the shop unnatended for god knows how long she came back then used hand sanitiser to clean her hands

In general, the experience was good and would have been five star except for the seating, they have weird uncomfortable plastic barrel shaped seats that have no back-support and the tables in general were quite dirty so if you wanted to some food here, you should take it with you.

Today I had blue heaven milkshake and hot dog. Blue heaven was good, flavour mixed through well. Hot dog was also good, well cooked sausage and roll with plenty of butter and sauce. Staff was friendly and fast.
