Dr was good with my special needs toddler who is non verbal and had a abscess and very swollen check prescribed antibiotics.

Even 1 star is too much for them. They aren’t at all helpful and don’t care about women’s health whatsoever. They’re extremely judgemental and make you feel horrible about yourself.

Friendly reception desk staff. He was very helpful and welcoming! The doctor i saw was helpful and attentive. Have brought my partner to join also.

Great secretary.and Drs. Every other Dr told my wife she need a bag at 43. Thx to this clinic my wife lives a nearly normal life with her stomach intact. Much LnR

Don’t bother calling a week in advance making an appointment you will still have to wait an hour (at least) after their walk-ins… we only went for a flu shot! So ridiculous

My granddaughter is very sick. 2 other doctors fobbed us off. Doctors here listened, and took blood tests. She is now in hospital receiving appropriate care

Came in to get my booster shot and the doctor/nurse didn’t wear gloves or sanitise the area before inserting the needle, very unprofessional. What’s the point of a booking if you have to wait and hour anyways? I had to get another prescription for my birth control and the doctor asked me if I knew it cause cancer and a whole other plethora of side effects which simply were not true, she said this to my brother as well getting his medication and one again it was not true in the slightest. What are these doctors qualifications? I have been to the dentist here as well and he was very nice and a great dentist but what’s with the doctors?

Don't bother coming here, it's not worth your time or energy. The service is terrible and Doctor is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The completely empty waiting room was the first red flag, I've can honestly say I've never been in a medical centre that was so empty before. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time here.

The worse place i have ever been in my entire life! Today i was there with my 3 year old son for my appointment right on time and they made me wait for a whole 1 hour and the people that came after me were being checked even WALK IN’s but not me JUST BECAUSE I WAS A MUSLIM WITH A HEADSCARF ON? I was so stressed out and that was the reason I came there to get some pills to sleep at night and they just made it WORSE And i was the last one left in the whole medical centre! And still came home without being checked! SAT IN MY CAR CRIED FOR A GOOD 30mins all because of this racism i faced today! Ridiculous!

The dentist at Wellcome Medical, Dominic, performed a tooth extraction and did such a wonderful job! Very polite and professional and made sure that my mum was comfortable during the whole procedure. The assistant was also very polite and efficient. 10/10!)

Need more than one doctor to see all the people they book in. Been waiting an hour and 15mins to see doctor and still waiting. Has taken so long that I missed another appointment I had booked elsewhere

Absolutely amazing Dr's and staff. Have looked after our family for over 15 years. Trust them 100%.

I have been coming here for near on 30 years have always been treated as I expect waiting times sometimes a bit longer than expected due to extra time with patients, just shows that they care.

Secretary staff need more people skills, not welcoming as the name suggests. Minimum wait is over an hour after appointment time. I only go when the other 3 clinics I go to are booked out.

Waited longer than an hour after having a booked appointment just to receive a script of an ongoing medication due to a change in staff who have no sense of urgency whatsoever.
Now that Dr Singh has retired, I will be changing practices.
