WellCare Medical Clinic - Parafield Gardens

The doctor that was there was very unprofessional at her job. I will never go back there. The doctors there dont care about anyone but themselves and will belittles you when you go there. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. Hopefully this place will be taken over by another doctor.

I rang to make oppointment for my dad and all I heard was "hello" she need receptionist lesson training. I went there 25yrs ago to get blood test dr Tam told me I'm still young n active no need blood test wasting government money.

Absolutely horrible, Dr Than was so rude and disrespectful. She has been my family’s doctor for 8 years and we needed simple referrals for my brother to access important services like psychologist and such as he is non verbal and she made it in to something where she wouldn’t do it repeatedly saying “I dont know, what do you want me to do? ” It was so stressful dealing with this clinic and personally I think she’s at an age where she can no longer provide a healthy service. Would heavily advise not to seek help here, we are in the process of making a formal complaint.

He refused to give me the ref to go see specialist citing in his GP ignorance, The Specialist will never do that! But the specialist agreed with me THATS WHY WE HAVE SPECIALIST AND WE GO TO THEM NOT GPS WHO DONT KNOW!

Dr. Doan is a great bloke and doctor, he gives good advice and is helpful, understanding, polite and caring.

Horrible GP in my whole life. Never come back again. And the Dr Thanh Tam Thi Pham had a bad behaviour with patient. Ask for update my daughter immunization but she rejected to do it,

Dislike this place by far, never coming back again.he cared for no questions or advice when I was seeking.simply just wanted to get it over and done with me out the door.

Waiting time just ridiculous no meter what time it was booked for. Have been waiting with my newborn baby for a immunisation and a regular check up for 50 minutes

In my whole life I have never even once complained about anyone but when I came with a patient to see dr. Thanh Tam thi pham she truly does not deserve to be a doctor. Her behaviour is the worst with a patient. I have been there few times. At first I thought maybe she had a really bad day but after coming few times she still had a very bad behaviour i think she must change her behaviour with her patients.
If she was my doctor I would stop coming there the second she behaved that way. I truly hope she changes her attitude towards her patients.

Literally the worst dentist to ever exist! Does not tell you the type of treatment she does on you 'just says oh im going to do a filling and proceeds to do it' does not explain why i need the treatment and when i proceed to ask she just says 'you need it'. Every time i have a check up i always end paying a gap of more than $100? Horrible service and is a bloody rip off!

Terrible treatment by the arrogant doctor. Thats why I left and go to a much better clinic now!
